Promised 30 days to return equipment if not happy then retracted the return policy.
They also offer a free estimate, but if it’s an easy enough fix, they’ll fix it for you, then charge you the full price.
I decided not to pay the full price, but they made me feel guilty about it.
Very hard to deal with.

I wish I could give them 0 Stars. They verbally quoted $ 60 to fix a broken iPhone screen. When they printed the estimate it said $ 0. When we picked up the fixed phone, the bill was $ 160! For that price, we should have gone to Apple!
