I come here just about twice a week. The servers are always so nice and accommodating. Hookah boys are polite and want you to have a good hookah. Food is delicious, if your with a 2 – 3 people the Gitana platter is great and filling. Best seasoned fries ever. Any of their hookahs are great. I feel so comfortable here. Home away from home! Tonight when I came there was a new server named Angie and did awesome on her first day! Look forward to seeing her again!

Very cool and calm place to come smoke some hookah with your friends, especially at night. Their packs are pretty good and they have a wide variety of flavors that you can choose from. This place is also a restaurant and their food on their menu is really good as well. My friends and I always think of Gitana when we want to satisfy our hookah craving. Employees are nice and chill with their customers. Definitely recommend this place!

I recently moved to LA and this is the best hookah bar I have found so far! Food is yummy and it’s always open late. I had a great experience last night, it was the only place open on New Years Day and despite the busy crowd our waitress(I believe her name was Nina) gave us top notch service and she made sure we were taken care of – I’ll definitely have to make sure she’s my server my next time!

A friend at the nail salon suggested I eat at Gitana(like a year ago). Well, Gitana popped up on my Eat24 today. So I ordered… cauliflower wrap, vegetarian combos and strawberry smoothies. There aren’t many vegetarian items, however, excellent choices. Great portions. Fresh, made to order. Quick and friendly delivery.

Best hookah, best food, best lounge that I’ve been too. Come here about twice a month to relax with friends and enjoy the best shawarma and hookah!

Disgusting food. Don’t get it unless covered in a sort of mayo like slime is how you like food to be served. The Chicken shawarma tasted like vinegar and smelled bad. The food was ordered and paid for ahead of time, but it wasn’t ready at the time it was schedule for. They even had the audacity to mark it as ready in EAT24 to avoid bad metrics, which is deceptive.

If I could I’d give 0 stars, don’t ever order from here and expect to get it soon. Waited over an hour for just a chicken wrap. Don’t waste your time here!

This place was okay. Let me start with their drinks. The tea I ordered tasted weird and no matter how much sugar I added it still tasted biter. Their menu prices is expensive and not with it in my opinion. If u like quite small places this is an okay place to go. I would not recommend going if u have a large group consider another place.

I absolutely love this place! Even though it’s a hookah place I’m going to rave about their food first because everything on their menu is amazing! If you’re hungry get their chicken wrap or chicken burger(I don’t eat red meat) but I have tried their Mexican burger and that was amazing also! If you’re on the less hungry side try their hummus with beef on top. They serve Starbucks which is the best part about the menu lol. If you’re there for a drink try their liquid cocaine. It’s a cinnamon flavored shot that will keep you buzzed all night! As for the hookah, all of their hookah guys know how to pack which has your hookah going for two hours and the charcoal guys are constantly going around putting coals on the side even if you don’t need them lol they have all the new flavors of star buzz fumari and tangiers. Service– amazing. The workers are all super nice and make you feel super welcomed. They have a great management here and it shows by how smoothly everything is run. They used to have an inside area where they served hookah but now all hookah is only served outside.

I have been wanting to come to this spot for a long time and was not disappointed. I went for lunch and sat outside they have a really cute seating area. Nice tables, clean and plenty of shade and plants which I like. I ordered a lemon drop martini which was a bit high($ 12) but worth it. I had the tabouli which was really good! I’m kinda picky about tabouli so I don’t always like it but it was delicious. I also got a beef wrap and it was excellent. Seasoned perfectly. Delicious and healthy totally worth the price. The menu has so many options –will def be back to try more. Nice staff as well.

Gitanas is truly one of the better hookah lounges in the area. It has a full bar and kitchen, with great hookah. Not to mention, the food is to die for. My favorite item on their menu is the fatoush salad, served with marinated chicken. It’s drenched in lime juice, olive oil, and sumac and always tastes delicious. The atmosphere of this hookah lounge is great because it’s outdoors, the tables aren’t too close together, and the music isn’t extremely loud either. Service is always awesome. all the waitresses are always super nice and friendly.

This place is great to just stop by and have a great smoke! Extremely relaxing. Price is great and the service is awesome. They really stay on top of the charcoals, as well. Their food is a little over priced but it is SOOOO worth the price. Everything I’ve tried so far is so tasty and delicious. I usually like to stop by on weekdays. Weekdays is more relaxing and the servers are more tentative. Weekends they are a lot more busier so sometimes you will have to wait to get a table. Overall. I highly recommend this spot :)

I had to update my review after the experience I had yesterday. I highly recommend their chicken grilled wrap. It was so good! And service was just impeccable. We were checked on numerous times and the hookah was delicious too. I think the place might be under new management because everything was just overall better. I’ve been coming here for years and I’ve never been much of a fan until yesterday. Gotta bump them up one star!

So the city of Burbank just passed a law against smoking inside, so now they have to have outside seating only :( The food was always good here, mediterranean, french fries, salads, burgers, wraps, sandwiches, pizzas, shawerma, kabobs, quesadillas, and desserts. They now have added deep fried treats, and nutella pizza and Starbucks coffee and teas. Full bar, even though the drinks aren’t on the menu. As far as hookah goes, they have a large selection of Starbuzz, Al Fakher, Tangiers, and some Fumari. They also offer Lavoo glass hookahs as well as basic ones. Apple and pineapple heads available. I like that Lavoo produces thicker smoke, but today it was just average. The music isn’t too loud, you can easily hear the people you are with, and there are plenty of heaters to keep you warm. The hookah service is nice, but the space is super cramped now. Every time someone gets up, the coals shift and the hookah guy actually dropped the hookah head… The chairs are super uncomfortable, no hole underneath them, so you can’t put your legs under them :/ The process of getting seated is a pain. They claimed to have a huge wait list, but the table next to me stayed empty for a while… And took forever to get a replacement hookah head after the hookah guy broke ours :/

Are you a hookah fan? Do you like good food? Do you like to have a fool bar? Including Starbucks? Well this is your place my friends! The hookah bar is in the heart of Downtown Burbank, right in front of the Burbank Mall. The location is perfect and they have a separate parking structure attached to heir building. Although that parking structure does not belong to Gitana’s, you it has 3 floors. So finding a spot shouldn’t be s problem. If you are a hookah smoker, you’d love this place. They pretty much have every tobacco flavor. I sometimes ask the waiters to recommend a combination of flavors and they always recommend the most awesome combos. As for their food — make sure you go here hungry! Their food is a mix of American and Mediterranean food and it is absolutely delicious. I usually get the fattoush salad with BBQ chicken, or the garlic chicken wrap. Their fried green beans are a must to try as an appetizer. Another great starter is their nacho cheese fries. Make sure you get buffalo sauce on the side — you’ll thank me later. Now, if you’re in the mood to have a glass of wine, a Mojito, Moscow Mule, or anything else you desire then you’re in the right place. They have a full bar. Including Starbucks. Yes, Starbucks. You can order any coffee or tea, as you would at an actual Starbucks café. Overall this place has the whole package. And it’s a great place to go on a weekend and on the weekends.

Love this place! I came for the hookah so the review is purely for that. Walked right in and was seated right away outside. I thought the hookah was only outdoors but the couple of times I walked inside I saw people smoking in there too. There’s an abundance of heaters outdoors and it was actually warmer outside than it was inside! Our server was great! She was patient, knowledgeable about the menu, and very attentive. Their menu is huge too, in both hookah, foods, beverages, and desserts. We opted for the Starbuzz hookah tobacco watermelon flavor and it was yummy! It lasted a good 2 hours too. It was $ 21 for the hookah, but when you smoke there’s a one drink minimum. That’s pretty standard for most hookah joints though. I got the rose water as a drink thinking it’d be light and flowery water but it’s more syrupy so I wasn’t a huge fan. Once it watered down a bit though it was ok. They’ve got Starbucks here too! Though Café O is right next door, do yourself a favor and come here instead! It is so much better! It gets pretty crowded as the night goes on though, so make sure you get in! Side note: I was fascinated by this antique they’ve got displayed near the restrooms(which are nice and clean by the way!) called a pay phone. I haven’t seen one of these in years! Do people actually still use them? Are there really people walking around out there without cell phones? It makes me sad to think that the next generation probably won’t even know what it is… man I’m old.

There are so few hooka spots in the Burbank area and Gitana was truly one of the pioneers to the«hookah craze». Good indoor and outdoor patio seating. Hookahs are always ‘hitting’ good. They have a wide range of flavors and brands to choose from. Surprisingly, their food menu has a wide variety and whatever i have tried has tasted really good. See below for some pictures of the swiss burger and the spicy chicken wrap. Pricing is average and service is good.
