Hot dogs are boiled with no flavor. And the man behind the counter does not fill up the drink. I had to ask if he could please fill it up with the soft drink that I had asked for «Coke». He insisted that he could put more ice. What, really? Ice. The cup was already full of ice and little soda, Wow. It is very unfortunate because it is literally right in front of Lowes.

This little food cart has a seemingly permanent home in front of Lowe’s in Burbank. I’ve been here several times and have yet to be disappointed. Today I had the Burbank Dog; a hot dog that is loaded with fresh tomatoes, bell peppers, and onions. It was delicious!
I’m giving this food cart 4 stars because the dogs are good and the staff is friendly. As for the ambience, it’s an outdoor food cart with two tables set up in front of it. If you come expecting a sit-​down dining experience you will be disappointed. If you’re in the area shopping and you want a good hot dog I doubt you’ll be disappointed.
