Jimmy John’s

Called to order for delivery. The female that answered was very short with me, bordering on ignorant. When I gave her my address, she said they don’t deliver here, told me it would have to be the Bedford Park location, said bye and hung up on me. This store is less than 2 miles from the house. The Bedford park location is not on their map. I got the contact info from Unilocal.I’m sorry my business is unwelcome at the Burbank location and will not waste their time again. I will also be sure to recommend other locations besides this one to friends and family.

Went in after work (because they won’t deliver to my house a mile and a half away) and ordered a #9, Italian night club, no tomato, no onion. Got home, opened the sandwich which consisted of turkey and lettuce only. Not even close to what I ordered. Drove back to return the food and have them credit my debit card. The young lady behind the counter NEVER apologized for messing up my order and simply said, with a recognizable amount of not giving a crap, «your card will be credited in a couple days.» No receipt, no, «my name is…» in case of any problems. Zero customer service skills. Thanks for nothing. Will not be back.

This Jimmy Johns is my favorite fast food restauran. Staff is friendly and always smiles. They do make sandwich very quickly and always taste great. Bread is always fresh. Nothing to complain about. For quick biti it’s Perfect place.

For fast food I give this particular store on this day 4 stars. My «Big John,» roast beef was 8in. of fresh deliciousness. Fresh baked bread unlike any I had before – like a long tough crusted roll. Price, 4.75. Can you get a 6 in roast beef at subway for that price? I don’t think so.
Since my original review written 8 months ago I have continued to choose Jimmy Johns over Subway. The food just tastes better. The drive through goes like this– order:” # 2 please, no drink no cheese please.” I drive up to the window and there it is. NO WAITING! The sack with the sandwich is right there as I pull up. Wow! Try that at a Subway. Need a cheap fast delicious lunch? Checkout the #2 through the drive through at 95^th Jimmy Johns in Hickory Hills. Bam! I give this eatery a Homerun!
I went again today and still this restaurant is THEE FASTEST DRIVE THROUGH – bar none. Order at the first post. Pull up to the window and bam there is your food. So fast you barely have time to put your credit card back in your wallet. In fact you don’t they are waiting on you!!! The people are nice too. This fast food deserves 5 stars and a grand slam Homerun.

In terms of chain sub/​sandwich shops, this one is probably my favorite. Service has always been fast and friendly. Sandwiches are always made consistent. The whole-​grain/​wheat bread is insanely fresh. The Beach Club is tasty and has a crazy amount of calories.
What I do love is the Un-​which. They make all of their sandwiches on lettuce wraps — so if you are watching your carbs/​carlories — this is a great way to go. Pricey, as they cost the same as a regular sandwich, but with the calorie savings.

Very fast service, tasty sub sandwich with very fresh ingredients on good bread, and decent prices. I would return and recommend.

For a quick sandwich on the go to take out, and Jimmy John’s delivers. Fun, great staff.

Half way through eating my Vito sub, I realized I had most of the same ingredients in my fridge and could of made this sandwich way better than JJ does. How this company stays in business with their less than mediocre subs is beyond me.
