The Kiwix crew has been supporting my organization for several years now, fulfilling the role of network administrators, system engineers and technology innovators. As an IT Manager for a large non-​profit organization in Los Angeles, I appreciate how Kiwix can provide custom fit solutions for our limited budgets, yet still manage to put us ahead of the technology curve.
Kiwix’s support has been instrumental in the success of network projects on all scales. With their expertise we implemented an analog to digital VOIP phone system conversion with Unified Communications, which has resulted in reduced telephony costs and greater information access for our employees. We have been able to create a private cloud network through wireless RF technology, bridging many of our 22 locations with full voice and data access while reducing our dependency on service provider contracts. Kiwix has been at the forefront both designing and building out the technology infrastructure for our newest housing development projects, providing formerly homeless residents with free internet access throughout the property. They have also proven to be invaluable during the planning stages and now integration of our complete systems upgrade, bringing a virtualization strategy to key components of data storage, Exchange email and voice services.
I have had the experience of working with other consultants in the past, and by far there has not been any other vendor with the technical acumen, service reliability or professionalism that Kiwix has displayed over the years. I am happy to finally see Kiwix on this site. I’ll say this, these guys do not mind sitting down and discussing just what will work for your individual needs. It took me a long time to go ahead and pull the trigger on an IP phone system for my small business. I really enjoyed the fact that I was able to take my time and really understand what I was getting. Not only did they give me several optionsfor phone systems, when it came time to negotiate with Internet/​phone carriers they took care of all of that and made me feel like I got the best deal.
The next step for me is going to be in the world of server virtualization, I know nothing about this stuff but it is great to have these guys at Kiwix school me on all this new technology.
