I called Patch and Paint on Tuesday to schedule an estimate to paint one of my bedrooms. I spoke with the project manager Bryan, who was very professional over the phone and agreed to come over for an estimate on Friday at 8:00 a.m. Bryan arrived with one painter on time and I showed the work that I wanted to get done. Bryan gave a very fair price for the work and I agreed. The painter he brought started the work on the spot and was very thorough in his work. The job took about eight hours and Bryan came back over to check on the work of his employee. I stated to Bryan how happy I was with the work. I am so excited to use Patch and Paint for my next project and with the great price i received, I am now able to do it sooner then i expected.

Worst contractors ever. I only used them because they are contracted with our home warranty insurance and we basically had to use them. Next time, I will just take the $ 75 from the home warranty insurance(First American Home Buyers Protection) and find my own contractors — even if I have to pay more since that is what I need to do now anyways! First of all, they did not come the day they were suppose to. When the contractor finally came the day after, he did such a bad job that I probably could have patched the whole myself. Then come to find out, they will not finish the stucco since it is not covered by the insurance. Not their fault — so I called and said I will pay for them to finish the stucco. He gave me an estimate, I left a message and have not heard from them. Since we live in a condominium, we have to adhere to our HOA guidelines. Knowing that Patch and Paint did such a bad job patching the wall, I called a couple of contractors to take a look at the wall. Sure enough, the job was sh*tty and had to be redone. No wonder why the stucco estimate they gave me was so low — because it will be as bad as the patch job they did. I called the warranty insurance to complain and they informed me that they will have Patch and Paint redo the wall. The trust is already gone. I’d rather pay $ 500 to make sure the job is done right. No need to redo the wall, it should have been done right the first time. Also, I will not have them do the stucco since I’m afraid it will be as bad as the patch job and I would be out the money I paid them plus extra for other contractors to fix it. And did I mention the mess they left on the hallway? Cement everywhere! I’m surprised our HOA hasn’t fined us. Do not use these contractors — Unreliable and the work is not professional. Plus, good luck getting in touch with them.
