Best price. Unbelievable customer service. RAID enclosure was DELIVERED next day for FREE. Even followed up a week later thanking for the purchase and asking how it was! About 3 weeks later they call and say that it looks like there was a promotion during the time that the drive was purchased and that they will be honoring the promotion some 3 weeks after the fact! Never buying any external hard drive anywhere else ever again. Would give 6 stars if I could.

We’ve been ordering drives and tapestock from these guys for years. Gigi Rivera handled our account and was great but left awhile back and now we have Linda who is an excellent customer service professional.
Her and Brandon always make sure to respond to my emails promptly and the courier delivers either same day or next day, depending on when the order is placed.
They have competitive pricing so much so that they’ve become our first choice over Apple which is down the street.
