Jorge is the man. Very knowledgable and easy to be around. When I started with Jorge I had elbow, shoulder and knee issues from a motorcycle accident that weren’t properly treated in the cheap physical therapy office my insurance provided. My back was also extremely weak as I had sciatic issues as well. I was a complete mess. Jorge carefully molded our workout to bring me back to full operating condition. When I requested that we work on certain muscle groups to help improve my golf swing, he worked with me. Which helped by the way, I’ve gained distance and consistency (for any golfers reading this). When I wanted to work on my fat burning, he worked with me. I highly highly recommend Jorge. ¹⁰⁄₁₀

Jorge is seriously HANDS DOWN the best thing that has happened to me in terms of health and fitness. I am a different person since meeting him and starting my fitness journey with him! I found Jorge through a mature friend. I started working out with Jorge end of January as my New Year resolution. My 1^st meet with Jorge was very thorough. We meet at his studio, and we did some exercises to see what stage my body was. I told him what I wanted and he told me what steps I would need to take. If you are not serious about getting to your goal, he will reevaluate your commitment. After my first meeting with Jorge, I knew he would keep me on track and would give me want I was looking for.
I work out with Jorge 2 – 4 times a week. The reason for that is because I was rear-​ended and have Lupus so I have to listen to my body when I need rest. Jorge was very knowledgeable about my condition and customized the training sessions that work around my body. I had to take a 4-​month break, and just started back up with him this month. I’m excited that I’m back to training with him.
I would recommend him to anyone who is READY to make a life change and wants to feel amazing. He has made this fun for me and I don’t know if my abs are sore from laughing (he is really funny) or from the abs exercise.

I have had a few trainers over the years and I must say that this is the first time the gym felt like my second home…
Jorge pushes you to reach your fullest potential; by changing the work-​outs and making them more challenging every time (workouts never become boring, he is always buying new equipment). He shares with clients a wealth of health information, is genuinely concerned about his clients health (is constantly checking on your eating habits and how you’re dealing with the challenge of changing your life style for a healthier you) and most importantly he motivates you when you feel you can’t go on anymore (:
He isn’t just a good trainer with a charismatic personality but, the gym is in a great location! Private parking reserved for clients, only traffic during peak hours (but, that’s ALL over LA), and affordable !

I’ve been training with Jorge since last December, in preparation for my wedding. I came to him as someone who spent hours wasting away on cardio equipment at the gym, wondering why I never saw any results. (Disclaimer: I eat a lot!)

I’ve been training with Jorge for sometime now and he’s really the best at what he does. When I started, I didn’t know much about strength training and how important cardio plays a big part of what I wanted to accomplish.
Jorge is patient and very well informed, from information to getting toned, to building muscle and to overall wellness. He incorporates new training methods to keep your muscles guessing and never reaching that plateau.

I loved my training sessions with Jorge. He challenged me and personalized my work outs to build endurance, tone and build muscles as well as loose body fat. His passion during training sessions is contagious. Even if you thought you had no energy in you, Jorge finds that last drop! On top of that, he walks the talk. This means that all the exercises you do, he does them on daily basis (this made it bearable). :))
Most importantly, he really understands the human body well. He adjusted my work outs based upon what hurt. This way I was able to still do certain exercises and build foundation. I used to hate spinning classes and now I can actually sit through 25 – 30 minutes of it including kickboxing that’s now a breeze.

I have been training with Jorge for a year now. I use to weight 116 lbs. and had a hard time gaining muscle and didn’t know what to do. Jorge has helped me gain 20 lbs. of lean muscle mass. He developed a personal program for me doing olympic styled lifts like the deadlift, squat, and front squat. Also, he had me do high intensity sports training for my cardio. He would have me do ladders, hurdles, and use a speed sac which helps you run faster.
Training with Jorge has been great and he always uses new stuff to keep my routine fun. He has made working so much fun and rewarding now that I see my body transforming. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that wants to transform their bodies and take things to a new level.

I started training with Jorge last January of this year. I wanted to achieve a more toned body and of course to lose some of my fat. He provided me with meal plans to help me achieve my goal and also the work outs are intense! He pushed me out of my comfort zone which is great and made me work like really hard! Lol which is good so i can achieve my goal. I started at 135lbs with 31% body fat, by the end of my 12 weeks of training with him, i weighed 125lbs with 22% body fat! Im so happy with the results that i got! So happy that i decided to join the NPC bikini competition on Oct 18^th. I am still training with Jorge, he provided me a different meal plan and work out thats appropriate for a bikini prep. I am already seeing a lot of changes in my body which is great! Again! Lol i will continue to train with Jorge until my competition. :)
