I would advise everyone to Never use this site to book a Room! On September 3, 2015 I booked a room at the Crowne Plaza airport in San Francisco for check in on September 18,2015 for 1 Night. I came from Long Beach Ca for my son’s Pop Warner Football Team to play on Saturday September 19, 2015. Once i arrived at the hotel after being on the road for 7 ½ Hours I go to check in and the Rep advised that Orbitz Canceled my reservation and the hotel was over booked leaving me no where for me to stay. The Rep at Crowne plaza accommodated for me to stay in the hotel but i had to pay an additional 154.00 to stay and 20.00 for parking. I them went into my room an called Orbitz to get a rep that insist that i cancel my reservation. I advised the Rep that i have gave all of my additional funds for my trip to pay for another room and i had to wait 5 to 7 business to receive my funds back in order to get home. The only solution that Orbitz offered was 20.00 for the inconvenience i had no money to get home and was stranded for 24 hours in a city that i had not family or friend in an could not get home. This was the worst experience and customer service ever. For what I had to go thru on this trip i will Never use this service the Rep are not caring of the bind they put me in an would not do anything to help. Just Sad Customer Service I will Unilocal and Instagram this story as well. –0 is my rating…

Very unprofessional environment. I went in to get my blackberry repaired. The woman said that they could fix it. While she was trying to look up my account, there was a guy in one of the rooms dropping f*bombs talking to another employee about how someone got stabbed 90 times the night before. The woman tried every computer in the office, but couldn’t pull up my account. When I questioned her on how long I would have to wait, she replied somewhat unhappily with me, «whenever my computer works… maybe 10 minutes or 8 hours.» Also, when I started to show signs that I was not happy with the joking around by the employees while I was standing there waiting, one of the employees spoke in another language to the customer rep that was helping me. Although I don’t know what was said, it is very unprofessionable and impolite.

Sprint & Nextel«Authorized repair» center… in other words, all most little or no wait to get your Sprint/Nextel phone/PDA/etc. repaired or utilized. I found this company on Sprint’s web-site for«authorized repair center» since the local Sprint service store(Glendale, CA.) could not help me. I dealt with Sam, who is the service manger, and was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was in & out in 10 minutes, which is almost unheard of at any Sprint service store. –I didn’t need a repair; just a data transfer.
