No prices on food, you have to ask. Chicken sandwich was catfood and spinach… tasteless and $ 15. Drip coffee was not good, not average. Trapped in airport for five hours, sooooo sad that this was my only option. If I were Peet’s, I be very sad too, as my brand is so poorly represented. Always thought Peet’s were good places. Got me thinking: the quality is variable; maybe the next one I go to will be similar. I hope that a Peet’s representative shows up and does a comparison with a regular Peet’s.

I have to preface this by saying that I prefer Starbucks. I often fly in and out of the Burbank airport and as I have mentioned in my reviews of Burbank airport my only complaint is that they do not have many options for food and drink(and they do not carry Diet Coke). They also do not have a Starbucks. The people working at Peets are kind and courteous. I think they do the most that they can do with what they have. I am just not impressed when I order a beverage that costs more than $ 5 and it is made with powder and hot water. Again this is probably a Peets thing. There is really no where to sit in the coffee shop area so you basically have to grab and go.

Didn’t have to wait in line for more than 45 seconds before being helped. Due to higher prices, I opted out of my usual espresso(about $ 2.50) for a small black coffee($ 3). Upon the first sip, the coffee felt velvety smooth on my tongue and tasted richer and bolder than Starbucks’, though when I go to Starbucks I usually just get a doppio espresso(double shot) over ice in a tall cup. I go to Statbucks for convenience, but if I had a selection of different coffee shops in close proximity to where I work, I would mix it up. I could tell that Peet’s is a better tasting, but with slightly higher prices. I’m also not certain on this, but I think Peet’s might have originated from Northern California? Apologies for not doing my research before writing that… I just remember having it everywhere in the Bay Area and when I came down to Southern California they were almost non-existent. Quick note: I like how this shop is right next to my gate and how it had a nice quick order, pay, and go flow to it.

So bad. Every time. Bitter bitter bitterness. Here’s hoping Starbucks move in soon. High price low quality.

I don’t normally drink Pete’s so I don’t know if pricing at the airport is different or how much different it is. My large iced vanilla latte cost me well over $ 7!!! The line moved slow. There was only one person making drinks(but mine came out extremely fast) The baked goods selection was limited to say the least. For SB regulars I suggest getting your fix down the street from the airport if you have time!!! I do have to admit… It is pretty yummy!!!

This was a disappointing experience. Not only did the employee have to look up how to make a blended almond milk mocha, but the cup was not filled to the top and it was NOT blended. Quite liquidy from the first sip. They also did not have the appropriate straw size for our small drinks, and we were forced to use the thin coffee stirring straws. Definitely a desperate for caffeine airport stop, nothing more.

New Peets at Gate A6 was empty on a Friday afternoon — sweet. Quick, friendly service, a well-made drink — what’s not to like? Well a small macchiato was $ 6.25 for one. They also don’t serve sandwiches, which would be handy at Burbank given the lack of lunch choices.

TSA opened at least 15 minutes ago and I’m at the Peet’s watching the baristas have a conversation, while they send away customers. This is the third time in the last month this has happened. Thank god TSA traps you in because this business would never survive otherwise.

Located right next to gate A3. You can’t miss it. Since my flight was delayed for over an hour I decided to come here to grab a drink. As I was in line I overheard staff telling the person in front of me that pastries are $ 1 each. I was like really? What’s wrong with them? Well to find out nothing was wrong with them; it was because all pastries are $ 1 each after 6PM. So when it was my turn to order, I ordered a small pomegranate tea and I couldn’t pass on the deal so I also ordered a carrot cupcake. Pomegranate tea and carrot cupcake were just ok. Tea was really sour to the point where I couldn’t finish it. Carrot cupcake was super sweet. I don’t know if I would come back here for the same tea and cupcake, but perhaps I will try other items on the menu. Oh BTW, they close after the last flight of the day.

I have been to this location numerous times and I must say I found the customer service for this employees named: Aracely, Jasleen, and Marisol to have 5 star excellent customer service. I know these ladies get a lot lot lot of customers each and every day they work, and yet they are always able to remember me and great me with truly organically warm and friendly smile and do a great job with my drink order. Right now my favorite is the java swirl, yummyness at it’s best. Great hire by Peets corp, well done.

$ 3 for a small cup of coffee seems excessive even for airport pricing

Usually Pete’s is stellar but at this Bob Hope Airport no coconut latte is possible, plus they volunteer to add vanilla without telling you and charge for that. Still a good latte but @ $ 8.00 do you really need it?

Okay place with high prices, since you don’t have any choice. Fresh fruit was fresh, nice looking high carb treats. Coffee okay.

If you plan on getting an iced coffee, it’s not like Starbucks where they just add the cream and sugar in it. Here you have to do it yourself. The coffee is quite strong too. Regular roast seems to be a bold at Starbucks or Coffee bean.

Love love Peets, it’s my fave coffee and they’re in BUR, a nice change from the«other coffee» house. Mmmmmm but if you like bold strong coffee like I do, crack open a bag of the French Roast, the richest boldest, most delicious, strong, gutsy, perfumy, big boned coffee. Everytime I open a bag and dip my nose in it, I hit nirvana for a moment. But nah, I have to inhale at least 3 – 4 times. There’s nothin’ like it, NOTHIN. Then you brew it or French Press it, pour yourself a cup, the coffee with cream and sugah gives me koffegasms. If they made a candle or air freshener with this flavor I would totally buy one. The best best French Roast evvvaah! No brand can match it, no brand can stand up to it. Unfortunately you have to buy this to take home, French Roast is rarely ever brewed in store. But who knows, ask for it, sometimes they brew it. Tip: French Roast is a totally American invention, don’t go to Paris and ask for this, they’re gonna laugh in ya face. Even though they have it, why order a Frappucino or Caramel Macchiatto here. You go to the other coffeehouse for that. Visits: Countless many from Berkeley to LA.

Scene: 10am, Outbound flight to OAK, thank God. Me: Pumpkin Latte, please. Peet: We’re out of pumpkin. Me: Dirty Chai Latte then. Peet: Sorry, we don’t have chai. Snarky Me: Did you run out of hot water too?

Good prices. Strong coffee made right. Small chain that is needed everywhere. The mocha is made with real chocolate and not powder. Like the coffee giant S.

Ordered a caramel macchiato before boarding my flight and a small was $ 6.50. Ouch is a understatement. I would have gone for a medium or large but I didn’t want to feel helpless. Prices are expensive. I understand because there are limited coffee options at this airport but not even Starbucks charge more at their airport kiosks. I will stick to small cups if I am back here again.

Went here out of desperation before an early morning flight. They only have one brew, and it was bitter and angry. I threw out my coffee after two sips.

Located inside Bob Hope Airport, Peets Coffee & Tea happens to be a regular stop when I’m flying in/out of Burbank. I use to hit up the Starbucks directly outside the airport, but found Peets to be comparable in taste and price. One thing you’ll get at this Peets is a lovely staff and almost zero wait. Besides coffees or teas, you can still purchase some pastries, sandwiches, and even some Greek yogurt. My caffeine fuel of choice is simple… Hot or Iced Americano. I’ve never had an issue here. Thus, I am a fan of Peets. TIP: Looking for that extra metabolism boost and some fat fighting supps with your cup of Joe? Add some MCT Oils, Cinnamon, and Stevia to your Iced Americano.
