Horrible staff, horrible for years. Whoever the owner is, they are stingy as hell, they never offer any advertised deal. Excited for $ 5 pizza? Don’t be. Complete trash, order from Rico’s or Big Mama and Papa instead.

They promised me it will be here at 8:44 they called me at 8:46 and tell me your cards not going through and i said ok i will pay cash i told them to cancel it then i changed my mind i told them to bring it but im not going to open the door (LIARS)

I just want to thank the manager and staff at the San Fernando Pizza Hut for making my 91 year old mother very happy. She was surprised to have a knock on her door and loved, loved the garlic parmesan wings, the tuscany alfredo chicken pasta and her favorite que pappas. Her remark was «those potato balls were really good». I want to thank all of you for making this surprise happen and making my 91 year old mother very happy. Thank you from the bottom of my heart! You are the best!!!

Called and said they couldn’t deliver my pizza 45 minutes after placing it and I have to come pick it up. The lady was rude and didn’t offer any type of compensation or apology for the mishap.

The parking is awful. When I walked in the lady was yelling at a customer on the phone and didn’t acknowledge me for 5 minutes. I ordered 10 pizzas and nobody offered any help carrying them to my car. Never again.

We ordered 2 pizzas and were told they would be delivered in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later we received the pizzas. When we tried them we found they were lukewarm at best so I imagine they must have been sitting around for a substantial amount of time before they around to delivering them. I tried to call the store but after being on hold for 10 minutes I finally hung up. This kind of service is totally unacceptable! Think twice before ordering from this place.

Really… they give me stale pizza… I will never try again and not recommend to anyone

Got my whole order wrong, would call and complain but what are they gonna do about it. Got part of someone else’s order too… Will avoid this place and I recommend others do too.

The people are nice. I always pick up since I only order when I’m at my in laws and they live so close. The place is tiny but they are quick and exact on their time frame. I never eat pizza but the Hershey pizza made me do it.

I NEVER LEAVE reviews but… I called with a simple order of two large pepperoni pizzas at 6:09pm today. The person tells me the price, asks for my info, and tells me it will be about 35 – 40 minutes for the pizza to be delivered. At 6:52pm I call and ask the status of the pizza. She asks my name and tells me «oh it’ll be about 35 – 40 minutes». I ask why because I ordered almost an hour ago. She quickly changes her story and lies and says it’s on it’s way. I knew she lied so I gave them 10 minutes then called back at 7:03pm. I talk to another girl who then finally admits the other girl lied and that the pizza was not on its way. I bet they didn’t even put the order in. I have NEVER experienced such bad customer service and I was being nice in this review considering how upset we are that they acted this unorganized and unprofessional. Very disappointed and will NOT recommend this place especially since they already have so many bad customer service reviews.

Called in an order to pick up first the person taking the order did not even know the menu. Said to pick up in 15 mins. When I got there they could not find my order. So I waited. Half an hour went by and I ask about my pizza. They said it was in the warmer and did not let me know. Then they forgot the breadsticks and had to wait again
Then while I was waiting I ordered a diet Pepsi not only did they ring up everything separately but the cashier looked at me and said can I help you. I said I just paid you for the soda could I have it? Space cadet central
When I got home of course everything was cold

Save yourself the trouble, go find another Pizza Hut. Trust me, this location has burned me once too many. Wrong toppings, no sauce on wings, pizza sitting somewhere other than where it needs to be, etc. etc. etc. In the last 6 or 7 trips I think I got what I actually ordered once. No exaggeration here. It looks like management has turned over again recently, unfortunately change doesn’t seem to mean improvement.

Food was good as usual. .The customer service though was horrible! Mariroz or whatever her name is was so rude and ready to kick you out the door from the moment you walk in. If she doesn’t want to deal with people you might as well work in the back and not be seen!

You get your order quick but poor customer service. No one greets you, seemed like they did the bare minimum of what they had to do.

I cannot believe this is an actual running business.
My bf and i ordered a pizza online over a week ago (yes it’s been over a week and yes i am still upset at how everything went down that i still need to write a review about it)
Anyway, we order 4 toppings on one side and 4 different toppings on the other side. We get the pizza, he takes a bite and notices it’s not the pizza we ordered. He took a bite and munched into a big piece of onion (my bf hates onion so he would never order that as a topping and that’s how we noticed). We look at the pizza and there’s onion on one side ONLY, and sausage and onion on the other half ONLY. None of the toppings we ordered were included in our pizza. No big deal, stuff happens, things get mixed up from time to time. So we call to explain we got the wrong pizza.
After we kindly explain that the pizza we got was probably someone else’s and we confirm our correct order over the phone he responds with.
«Want to just keep that pizza and call it even?»
My bf laughs at the thought that he was kidding but he definitely wasn’t. My bf tells him back «I kind of just want the pizza i originally ordered.» He then puts us on hold to talk to a manager and comes back to tell us, okay we will go and deliver your correct pizza in 25 minutes, but we would like the other pizza back.” My way-​too-​nice-​of-​a-​bf responds «okay no problem but i did take a bite of it already» He continues to state that they still want it back.
WHAT?! That is kind of disgusting that you want a pizza that has already been touched in my opinion. What are you going to do with it? Gross
after ONE HOUR and 15 MINUTES later, they show up with our correct pizza. So basically it took TWO HOURS for pizza hut to get us our pizza. When the delivery guy gets here. he hands us our pizza and extends his hands out STILL wanting the other pizza.
I really hope the guy that ordered that actually ordered that pizza doesn’t mind a slice being half bitten.
No refund, no discount, not even an APOLOGY was given.
again… how is this still a running business??? SMH…

I love this pizza hut. they are Quick. Nice people! they always get my order right and have patience when i can’t decide what i want. and i love to get my ultimate cheese lovers pizza with chicken, bell peppers and onion with 50 cent wings on wednesdays. they are super quick! love this location!

Everyone in this place is waiting ridiculously long for their pizza. Guy A comes in to pick up his 2 medium pizzas, but they ran out of medium dough so gave him one large with his two toppings split. Totally not fair to him. He and another guy were getting upset because of the wait (Guy B waited an hour) so they wanted their money back, but were offered credits, like they’ll be returning. Another couple came in and Guy B told them to go somewhere else. If they were smart and told us it was going to be a half hour, maybe we all wouldn’t have gotten so annoyed.
Also, my phone call took 5 minutes because she wasn’t sure if they honored the coupon I had.
Oh, my husband noticed their computer said 40% of orders were late.
Never again.

Nothing negative to say about this Pizza Hut. Every time we have ordered from here, it’s been incredible. They make the perfect Pizza Hut Pizza. The chicken wings are perfect here and the sauces are incredible. They also carry other yummy items that you don’t find in other Pizza Hut locations.
I love the fact we can order over the phone or on line. They deliver up to 2 am which in great for us.
It’s not a place to sit and eat. It’s the first store in the shopping mall.
I’ve called in the order on my way home from the office and picked it up in the past.
I think they use different ingredients from some of the other Pizza Hut locations cause theirs is always tastier.
Can’t wait to go back to Burbank and have some!
