Dear Radio Shack, This is the one and only Radio Shack that always has what I’m looking for with the exception of customer service! I understand people have bad days but come on at the very least keep the store hours that are posted on the web site. Closing a couple minutes early is understandable, opening a couple minutes late OK. NOT having hours on the door is NOT OK! If they’re on the website keep those hours don’t close an Hour earlier than posted i actually go out of my way to come this place… As far as the employees go, they’re HORRIBLE to deal with! They’re miserable and obviously DON“T CARE about there job, hire people that do, and that are respectable to customer’s coming into the store, instead of treating them like dirt!
