Walked in to do a WARRANTYEXCHANGE for my phone. Simple process. Click a few buttons, verify my account, submit the request, and walkout right?(I’m a former employee of six years) The employee asked management for help and he immediately turned around to tell me they cannot process it in the store and to call customer care even after explaining to him it’s a warranty exchange, which is a lie because the store down the street did it in 3 minutes. To the manager: I understand your store is a bit busy, and I know your store won’t generate revenue from my warranty exchange, but remember your job is also based on customer service. Customer service translates into sales. I’ll now be doing my upgrade and referring my network of T-Mobile subscribers to the third party store down the street where they took the time to help. Also take some time to help out your new employees, after all they’re responsible for your store performance and if your store isn’t performing to corporate expectations, you’ll be the first to go. :)

I have been going here for years and Nick the sales Representative has always helped me with all issues I have come in with. He very down to earth and friendly. He helped me choose phone that were going to be functional yet cost effective. The only reason I gave a 4 was because they didn’t have phone in stock and had to go to other store to get phones so wait was longer than expected.

I switched to TMobile about a week ago due to their no contract promotion. I was hesitant at first as I’ve had Verizon for over six years but the price at TMobile was very competitive. I had the iPhone 5 and decided to try the Samsung 4. I went into the store today and asked if I could switch back to the iPhone. There’s nothing wrong with the Samsung it’s just that I’m used to an iPhone. Olvin is the Store Manager and he was like no problem we will do it! Wow what great service and no hassle company. Phones aren’t cheap and he switched my phone for me like it was nothing. You have a customer for life now. Go see Olvin. He’s professional, courteous and really is focused first and foremost on the customer.

The worst experience i ever had. They bait and switch. After spending 2 hours there, i decided T-Mobile wasn’t for me. After i left, they had changed my phone number(i didn’t get it back until i involved a lawyer). A month after that i recieved a bill for $ 200.(I never even signed with them!). When i returned to discuss the bill, the manager was so rude, i wondered how they could have been in business. The employee who screwed up my account leared at me the entire time. I still continued to recieve bills, so i called their customer service and was treated as though it was all my fault. I never even signed with them in the first place, and still spent 5 hours and several months trying to fix things. All i wanted to do was see if they could save me money. They actually held my phone numer hostage for 5 days! Run, run far away! T-Mobile in general is a scam! ZEROSTARS
