One machine is ALWAYS BROKEN. The attendant can be rude and RePlanet never responds to callbacks.

People working there were rude! Don’t bring a box because you can’t put it in the trash can. And don’t go when they are switching out the big recycling bins. You can get blocked in and have to wait 20 min. before they move it!

The old man’s name is Sergio and he is very arrogant. For a simple question, he’ll give you a nasty answer. This morning I went to his place early. I asked if I need to remove caps for the plastic bottles. Here was his answer: «Don’t you read the sign posted on the wall (while pointing at the front wall of the structure)?» BTW, the sign says the establishment operates at 9:30 am up to 5:00 pm. I was there before 9:00 am. Friendly people would give you a very warm answer but not the way Sergio did. I believe the management knows about all these, yet they keep Sergio as their employee in consideration of his age. Truth is, this elderly drives people away.

The kiosk gives you full CRV price per can, bottle or plastic. You get more per on the kiosk than when it’s weighed and you get your cash from Ralphs. The old guy that works there has an attitude problem and looks like he doesn’t want to be there at all. Luckily, you don’t have to deal with him unless you have odd size bottles and gallon containers that the kiosk won’t take.
