Taco Bell

There are a few different Taco Bells in this area, but this one is for sure the best. It’s always a short wait time and friendly employees. That’s really all you need from a Taco Bell!

This Taco Bell is hit or miss. I never had many problems until recently. It seems like every single time I’ve asked for regular tacos, I get supreme. I can’t eat sour cream (though I wish I could), so it renders my food inedible. Just be certain to double check every single item before driving away.

I had came here January 1^st to grab food for myself and for my family. I placed my order which contained about 15 items at the drive thru and went to the window to pay. I waited for a couple of minutes while they made my order and when the drive thru worker came with my order, it had only contained 2 out the 15 items I ordered. I turned my car around so I can park because there was a line behind me. I sent my brother inside with our receipt and the bag we were handed. He came back with the same bag and was told he wasn’t in the car that I was driving when he was sitting next to me. I drove back into the drive thru and talked to the guy and told him that he never gave me the rest of my food. I was talking to him in a calm matter cuz I understand mistakes happen but he was raising his voice at me and kept arguing that he handed me another bag. So I told him I’ll just come in and we can look at the cameras of him only handing me one bag. I park my car and walk in. I talked to another worker there what was missing and he went to the back, came back 10min later. He ended up making my order and handed it to and left. I checked to seeing everything was there and it was so when I got home to eat it, it had a nasty taste to it so I had to spit out my food and threw the rest away. Never have I been that disrespected at a food place when they could haven checked the camera as I had mentioned so many times to them to see that I only received one bag. I never received an apology for them making me go threw all of this. We go to this Taco Bell a lot since it’s by my old high school but now I’m NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN and making sure none of my friends come here too.

This place has gone from bad to worse. In the drive thru I had to repeat my order several times, first becuase she couldnt multi-​task and then because she couldnt hear. Asked me several times after that about my drink. Finally get to the window and she hands me a water? not what I requested. Waited 10 minutes for a 7 layer burrito when I was the only one in the drive through at this point.
Unfortunatley its no the first time I’ve gotten bad service here. I’ll have to find another one.

Orders are ALWAYS wrong. They just can’t get it together. Talking to management all you get is a «so sorry» how many times does one need to be sorry and why can’t people who work here read? It’s so simple to take beans and cheese and put them in a tortilla…

Fast, clean, hot and fresh. I was surprised when I took a bite into my food. The lettuce was cold and the bean really hot. Not warm like other places in the valley. 5 Stars!!! Too bad I live so far away from here.

Consistently the slowest Taco Bell I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to this location about 4 times. People working here seem good and all but don’t head to this Taco Bell if you don’t have lots of time on your hands.

Closest one to my house I am constantly using the drive thru. Quick easy and fast. Have almost never had a problem here. And it’s Taco Bell do not go here expecting gourmet. We all know it’s fast food.

Taco Bell is great for when you want vaguely Mexican flavored food-​like items to shove down your throat. Makes your stomach feel nice and warm. –1 star due to the warmness escaping the other end.

I have been meaning to write about this place for months. Tonight was the last straw! Ugh! They have *never* gotten my order right. And the staff here clearly doesn’t care at ALL about their jobs. Worst experience ever. The owner/​manager of this location needs to get it together or shut it down.

This Taco has friendly employees and they’re pretty quick and the food is uniform and tasty. I frequent Taco Bells and I can say with some authority that this one is one of the better locations.

Chimping on meat isn’t a good thing. I ordered a seasoned beef Chalupa and I basically had a lettuce and tomato taco. I opened the chalupa and compared what I had to the picture up on the menu and it’s nothing like it as far as the layer of meat in it. Close to $ 3 for veggies and bread. Also ordered a shredded chicken burrito and nothing like the menu picture. First few bites were just the tortilla. Not much rice or chicken at all. I’m here late, it’s about 10:15pm but this place is so dirty.

Slowest tacobell drive threw ever. Please do something about it, 24 minutes for 3 cars its ridiculous!

Late night Taco Bell run! You gotta love it! They did take a little longer then I would have liked but there were only two people working, can’t complain too much. Food was good!!!

Just another Taco Bell, wanna be quality Mexican food. Food quality is decent at best and is nothing really to die for. Workers here seem out of it and they always tend to mess up my order when taking it. In other words this is just a typical Taco Bell nothing special.

Nice looking inside. The workers are friendly. I can in at lunch and they were quick for me. I probably won’t come again since it was so hot in there though. The only bad thing was it seemed like they didn’t have the AC on. I need AC and to feel refreshed when entering a place. I know body temperatures are different though.

This place is always disorganized, slow, dirty and error-​prone when filling orders.
Pros:
+ They have the same ingredients as other Taco Bells, so the experience should be roughly the same.
+ This is the only Taco Bell in the downtown Burbank area, which means unless I want to drive 20 minutes to the Buena Vista location through traffic, it’s conveniently located.
Cons:
— Management is virtually non-​existent at this store. I see employees working out of uniform, dirty floors, and every time I go in to order, I see blinking red orders on the ordering computer (which means «I’m going to wait a while.»)
— Service is painfully slow, even when there are six employees working behind the counter, I don’t know what they’re doing.
— Employees are stingy with the ingredients. Last month I saw the employee get guacamole in the pre-​portioned scooper, then dump half of it out into the guacamole bucket and put the half-​scoop into my burrito.
— Order mistakes are very frequent here. For example, the employees never learned that «shredded chicken» is supposed to be placed into the «shredded chicken burrito.» Repeated complaints to the customer service system have failed to remedy this phenomenon.
Overall, this place sucks. It’s only in business because the next Taco Bell is miles away and this place somehow has the market cornered.
