Salon 2324

I have never had more accommodating service in my life, period!
I have a super chaotic schedule and Maddy (sp?) and Michael, together, worked their schedules around to get me in, not once… but twice!
Not only is my hair ah-​maze-​ing, but the customer service is beyond expectations!
Michael is extremely gifted with color and cutting on both men and women. I couldn’t recommend him, or Salon 2324, any higher! They are the BEST!
Thanks to the whole staff there!

I absolutely LOVE Melissa. I’ve been going to her for a year now and always leave loving my hair. She listens to what I want and gives me a price that is so reasonable. I would highly suggest going to her, especially if you are a blonde wanting highlights.

I got a simple cut by Hilda, but my hair had been done sloppily before and I had made it even choppier trying to fix it. I really wanted to keep my length and she did a great job of evening everything out, shaping it around my face, and keeping my length, plus she is very sweet and gentle. A lot of places in Burbank are either super cheap or super expensive. The wash, cut, and blow job was $ 45 and I’m definitely going back. If you keep it simple like me, this place is definitely a Burbank Jem as far as I’m concerned.

I came here because I saw stellar reviews for Gladis elsewhere, and she recently located to Salon 2324 so I gave her and Salon 2324 a try. I’m so glad I found Gladis! She’s pleasant and professional and knows what she’s doing. I’m trying to grow my hair out for my wedding, so she asked about how I plan on wearing it and made suggestions on how to cut my hair in preparation. It looks great now — has a lot of added volume with the layers — and I feel confident it will look great down the line when it grows too.
Also, I want to add that the little strip mall area is by my house and doesn’t look like much on the outside, but it’s very comfortable and relaxed in the salon. The salon staff (reception, shampooer), were polite. Very relaxed vibe.

I had always gone here because it was closest to my house. When it comes to dye and cut always do research and find the best person. I was pleased with Osana’s cut and dye that she did months ago and I came back to set an appointment with her to only be told that she doesn’t work there anymore. Dang it! So I set up an appointment to see Sandra since she had really good reviews on Unilocal.
I showed her the type of color I wanted to get. It was an ash brown with a tint of purple in it. She said that color was impossible to do but we attempted to try it out anyway. She was super booked that day and so her assistant was helping her out. She got me super blonde first to have the purple stand out. I never realized how much work it took for that purple to be put on. A lot of applying and re-​applying, and washing went down. At the end I loved how the color turned out. Now the cut, was a differ story. She had curled it afterwards so I didn’t realize how uneven and botchy my layers looked. But after washing it off and seeing how it looked straight, it just looked really uneven.
Couple weeks I wasn’t so satisfied anymore and decided I needed a change. So I saw my friend Camille, and let me tell you… if only I can check in in her salon I would do a seperate review raving how good she is, but I’m just going to add it with this review.
Camille fixed my cut and made it even, that I fell in love with my blonde and how it looked. I went back to dark, and settled with an ash brown tone.
Moral of the story, find a stylist that can cut your hair and make it look nice if styled straight or curled. I’m more than happy that I finally found the stylist I’m more than satisfied with.

I’m a really picky about my hair. I never know exactly what I want. So I always confuse the hairstylists:) We booked an appointment with my friend for haircut and ombré. It was our first time at this place and they definitely made us happy.

So, this one time I tried giving myself layers & I ended up with a mullet. Thank god Sandra was there to fix my hair, and she always makes me laugh when I get a chance to see her. Love you xoxo

I been coming to this salon for a couple years now. I would drive from Palm Springs Ca, just to go see my hairstylist Sandra. She is the best and the salon environment is one that makes you feel at home. Most importantly my hair never had look this great, even do I have changed it so many times Sandra always brings my vision to reality. Highly recommend! Sandra is an amazing colorist! She knows exactly what she’s doing. I only gave her a brief description of what I wanted. since I trusted her completely to work her magic and voilà! She also made sure to remind me to keep my legs uncrossed! As poster is key for an even length trim. She is no doubt a hair ninja! Hahaa.

Just had Stosh do my hair, love him and how much he cares about my hair. Coming back next time to do color! Make an appointment with him, you will not be disappointed.

This is my second time coming to Sandra at this salon, and I am beyond than happy when I leave her chair. When you leave, you absolutely feel beautiful. I had not colored my hair for years when I decided to finally address my pesky greys. I made it clear that I wanted to keep my hair dark, but add dimension, and she did just that. What I like best is that you ask her for specific results and you get what u ask for. However, if your expectations are unrealistic she will let you know, allow you to make the decision and do it. She had been doing hair for 14 years, and has really mastered her craft. I have found my go to hair stylist for now and onward. To make apt you must call the salon. She takes late appointments and on weekends. Lastly, not only is she an ombré master, she has a good heart and feeds the homeless on her spare time.

Oso is awesome! She takes special care of the condition of my hair. I have been to different salons that I wasn’t pleased with — she also does keratin bond Extentions that I love! She also gives great advice for keeping my hair healthy!

Left this place feeling very disappointed. Idk why I paid for what I got. Now that I think of it, idk how I allowed myself to walk out like that or why they thought this was acceptable. It was a trial for my wedding. It’s ok not to be able to replicate a request but there needs to be honesty. A professional needs to be able to say when they CANT do something and then, refer you to someone who can.

Sandra is my all time favorite! Her styling skills are phenomenal. Her suggestions are always great. Recently, I came in for a quick trim and color change and my experience in the salon overall is always good.
I dig the before and after picture that she takes and goes on her social media platforms.
Wouldn’t trade Salon2324 but most importable Sandra for any other stylist. Her music choose is also very cool.

Kelly is great!!!
I recently went in for a cut and she was awesome.
She gave me some cool layers and really freshened up my look.
Scheduling was easy, parking was convenient, and the prices are great!
I’m going back soon for an ombré :)

Just went in on Friday for Kelly’s latest special. Got an ombré color, a haircut, a blow dry & style for a great price. I’m extremely happy with it. I posted the pic in the photos section of this page. I don’t have a before photo but my hair was all one color (very dark brown) and all one length. Very flat & lifeless. Now my hair is bouncy, light and shiny. I look & feel like a million bucks. The compliments have been pouring in all weekend. Thanks Kelly & Salon 2324! I’ll definitely be back.

I have had SUCH a difficult time finding someone that actually knows what they’re doing since moving to CA… which I find INSANE given the amount of salons out here. Nonetheless, my hair has been through hell… that is… until I found SANDRA! She answered my plea for a great colorist on the Unilocal!message boards and I must say, I could NOT be happier! She listened to me and helped me realize what I really wanted… and then executed it perfectly. She is also fast! I have gotten used to expecting to spend 5 – 6 hours in a salon every time I go in. Nope… everything done in about 2 hours. She’s amazing, friendly, and I cannot wait to go back.
I haven’t been this happy with my hair in about 3 years… so yes… I love Sandra… I love her hard. :)
