HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Service. I left feeling disrespected and upset! When I asked if they had a sleeve for my HOT coffee the cashier girl said«NO» with a very RUDE attitude. I believe it was because I interrupted her conversation with another Starbucks employee. I was there with my two young children and having to balance a hot coffee without a sleeve is just setting up a risk of someone getting burned. Will NOT be giving this Starbucks my business!!!

The drink was great but service terrible the girls are only talking instead of making the drinks we waited 10 minutes for them to ask for our order! Then the girls didn’t even get the order right but when they made them again the drinks were cold!

The girl at the cash register is so rude! Makes me not want to come back with that kind of service. She looked so annoyed. And all her answers were with attitude.

I generally dislike Starbucks but this location is the worst that I’ve ever been to. It’s sandwiched in a Target opposite of a mini-Pizza Hut. The tables were dirty with food. The worst aspect is the noise. When I visited there were screaming kids, an overflow of Target customers. Their parents aren’t much better in the noise arena. Fruit doesn’t fall far from the tree. The beverage machine whirs on overdrive. The Pizza Hut also whirs loudly, is it there ovens? I got a headache and left.

They never seem to have a cashier that knows the menu. Literally 5 minutes per person to take an order. I understand that there’s a learning curve for training, but they seriously can’t always be training someone.

This Starbucks is clean and since they remodeled, the seating seems more comfortable and spaceous. I have yet to be disappointed by the quality control of their baristas. Parking, however can be a nightmare for anything closer than 50 feet at times. The Empire Center is generally overcrowded overall.

I asked for a tall in a grande cup and the girl at the register acted like she had never heard that before. She said«For the little space left do you want ice or what?»… And I proceeded to tell her how I sometimes spill it in the car while driving, which is why I want it in a bigger cup. Her face was priceless, actually emotionless but that’s a different story. It won’t hurt to smile honey! I get it, ugh it’s a Wednesday morning ugh and your at work?! UGH! … Come on. We all have jobs, and we should all provide each other professional services to the best of our abilities. Anytime I go to a store now, I always take into consideration the employees working and I cut them some slack because I get it, I’ve been there too. But it honestly wouldn’t kill you to smile and say have a great day! It’s really not that hard to fake it either. PS. I would have given it 1 star, but the drink was great, so I added a star for that. The guy who made my drink was mediocrely nice, as in didn’t really smile but didn’t look mean either.

My friends and I have been coming here for a while now and the atmosphere is great, can’t complain but we never sit inside because it feels like we’re in the library because half the people are studying, but that’s fine because we’re always outside. We met up and found seats and decided to get some tea and sweets. It was approximately 8:30 — 8:45 not too late when all of a sudden we discovered their were no more pastries or anything close to it left!!! Yikes!!! I mean if it was 10 pm that would be understandable, but 830pm? No Bueno! We ended up buying rice crispy treats that were available on the counter by the registers but dang I was really looking forward to getting a banana bread! Oh well… I still like this place and enjoy hanging out with my friends there and HOPEFULLY they can figure something out because I’m Armenian and it’s a must to eat something sweet while drinking tea! haha ;)

This was a first, they ran out of Grande and Venti cold drink cups. You’re probably thinking, «well that’s happen to me.» I bet they didn’t refuse to make you’re size drink. Well, this place did! I wanted a Venti Chai, and because they didn’t have Venti cups, the lady refused to make my drink unless it was a tall. I couldn’t even get a Trente because Chai lattes don’t come in Trente. I get it! But! Couldn’t they measure for a Venti and use a Trente cup? This has happened before, at the actual stores. Considering this is a Target Starbucks’, I’ll give them 2 stars.

Been here a few times already and so far they’ve had great service. They take orders quickly and make your coffee very quickly. Just a note: if you have a starbucks card you wont be able to charge anything none starbucks to it.

I love coffee, can’t live without the stuff. I wake every morning and brew a fresh pot or I head to one of the many locations that Starbucks has to offer. I like that the quality of the product is always above average, as well as the fact that the drinks taste the same from one day to the next. Got to love consistency. I prefer smaller owned businesses over huge corporations such as this, but I do appreciate the bonus’ and perks that go along with being a patron of such a company. The gold card has provided many free drinks, which I adore. I love when a company says thank you in the form of free stuff. It is like they really know their consumers. I think I will more than likely be a fan of Starbucks until I no longer exist of they don’t; whichever happens first.

I have been to Starbucks locations that were in grocery stores and found that they weren’t quite at the same level as the individual businesses… but… I will have to say this is not the case here. I was pleasantly surprised to see the baristas were on top of their Starbucks game and I got my delicious holiday coffee drink and it was perfect. I was also appreciative of the fact that it was in Target and I didn’t have to try to find parking at the other Starbucks located nearby.

Considering this Starbucks in in Target in the Burbank Media Center, I wasn’t expecting to be all that great, but it was even thou they are Target Employees and not Starbucks. It’s“s small in size since the renovation took allot of the food court space, but still provided me with my coffee fix for the day.
