The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

This place is all about the gourmet iced coffees or iced blended coffees. If you order a basic iced coffee you’ll end up wanting to trash it. It isn’t strong enough so the ice waters it down immediately. Add cream and it goes from java to brown milk in 2.2 seconds. I guess I should’ve ordered the cold brew here.
They do sell the PAPAUA NEW GUINEA SIGRIA A and BRAZIL CERRADO in whole bean bags which is nice.
The wife had the POMEGRANATE BLUEBERRY iced blended drink which was creamy and delicious.

Doesn’t allow use of the App. Starbucks stores never seem to have this problem. Not certain why Coffee Bean stores all seem so opposed to using it. It’s 2016, that’s tantamount to saying you don’t accept cash. They have however updated their stores to use ApplePay?!

I always get an ice blended drink but tonight I wanted something hot. So I ordered a Winter dream tea latte. Took the first sip and it was not «my cup of tea» I hesitated to ask if I could change it. I walked up to the counter and Paul was there to help me. He was so nice and helpful and even took the time to go through some of the tea selections they have. I went with the Strawberry n cream tea latte. Now that’s my cup of tea. I will definitely come back. Great customer service!

The Service: 2 staffs on duty. Very efficient. No long line.
The Drink: White Chocolate ice blended. Not too sweet. With lots of whipped cream on top… perfect dessert drink!
The Parking: Street parking and parking structure nearby (free)

Amazingly untrained staff. When someone asks questions about foam and you have no idea what hey are talking about but this is your job, that’s a problem.

I’m in love with the Winter Dreams Tea Latte.
I stopped in the day after Christmas and found their holiday line was on sale for 50% off!
The tea itself wasn’t but I got the gift set with mug and vanilla powder for $ 12.50 and 2 Be Happy tumblers for $ 3.99 each!
Beats Pumpkin Spice Lattes any day.
I got a free any size drink with my $ 30 gift card purchase which I used to purchase all the other fun stuff with.
I got the Cookie Butter Latte. It tastes like someone dipped a bunch of cookies in my coffee. I’m not sure if I like it as much as the tea lattes but it was nice to try for free.

Love this Coffee Bean. Their staff is always super sweet and they really know how to make good drinks. A+ for customer service! They are also welcoming to pets (huge plus!) These are some reasons why I will remain a loyal customer and not choose Starbucks (right next door)

Convenience location to get your coffee while heading to Burbank mall, the parking it’s a little but challenging but overall it’s okay. Love the people working there they are friendly

Last year I bought a few of their Gingerbread men Cookies and used them as stocking stuffers. Extremely cute! I’ve never had a bad experience here, staff is friendly and everything is delicious. Yay to working just down the street! :)

Worst morning crew ever. This store changed alot of employees in the last six months and now they are incredibly slow. This one dark haired girl is horrible behind the register as well as making coffee. She always has this confused look as if she has no idea what shes doing. I used to be in and out of this store in under 4 minutes, now im here for almost 10.
Get your act together management!!!

My ice blended mocha did not taste very good. It wasn’t made right. It tasted like iced milk and had no coffee flavor.

Nice big outdoor patio seating. Friendly staff, speedy service. Parking can be a bit of a nightmare at this location.

I love this coffee bean! After my workouts or before I always go into this coffee bean and grab some ice tea or my boyfriend and I will stop by. It’s honestly my favorite go to place for some quick ice tea in this hot sunny Los Angeles summer!

The team there are really cool people, very friendly and very good at what they do and its always clean.
The Team and Customers are a little more laid back than most coffee shops, which is actually a plus. This week they gave happy hour from 3 to 5 and they’re crazy busy during that time period handle it extremely well!

This place is right in the heart of a Downtown Burbank, across from the Burbank Mall.
You can grab your coffee or tea and walk around. There are some great shops around the area or you can just visit the mall for a little shopping spree. AMC theater is right around the corner. And there are so many different restaurants available bear by as well.

I’ve been here a number of times and have always found a place to sit. However, the place seems to do a great amount of business so they are often very busy. The people who work there are very nice to me and I enjoy that they have a whole variety of herbal tea!

I come here to write often and generally speaking this is a nice Coffee Bean. I’m a huge fan of this chain anyways because they always have a great selection of teas. The staff here are great! Super friendly, nice vibe and they always get my drink right.
I would give this 5 stars except for the fact that the restroom is filthy and could be put on par with a cheap gas station. When ever I’m there I’m usually writing and drinking coffee or tea for about 4 hours, so I either have to use the restroom here or go home. The first time I was there, it was a bit busy so I figured, «Hey, things probably got a bit crazy today and they are behind, no biggie it happens.» But it seems it’s been dirty every single time I’ve been in there! It smells like a urinal, trash and toilette paper on the floor and this last time I was there, I just had to go home, the seat was covered in pee. I’m sorry but if you are considered a respectable coffee shop then you should have a respectable bathroom!
