This place was just ok selection wise, it wasn’t as warm and inviting as the place before it.

My friend had a sample reading with Rascha and it was dead on so I scheduled a 30 minute appointment with her. In the past I have always had 60 minute readings with other psychics only to feel like the last 20 minutes were forced and kind of wasteful. I was blown away at the accuracy with what Rascha saw going on in my life. She confirmed a lot of what I thought was happening and then some. She was getting so much information for me that I was disappointed that I did not have a 60 minute reading. Funny how that works: D anyway she is very compassionate and puts you right at ease. I can not express enough how good she is! I’ve seen many psychics before but I feel Rascha is the best and most insightful I’ve come across. Also about the store itself, very friendly staff and a stunning array of jewelry and crystals. Such a feeling of light right when you walk in!

Synchronicity led me here, and I’m so glad it did! I had a beautiful experience here with Laura and Shawna (sp?). Fantastic people work at this store! The energy is absolutely lovely here — loving, gentle, and sweet. Definitely make a point to come in here and see if they have what you’re looking for. In my case, I picked up some *delicious* crystals at a great price!

Excellent selection and down-​to-​earth, friendly service from the owners. Good chat when I was in there and a refreshing change from the usual «tude» some shops in LA exude. Keep up the good vibes!

This is my go to crystal store. love the place and the energy is always lovely, from the stones and the people that work here. They also offer tarot card readings and I’ve gotten mine read twice and both so healing and on point :) I’ve been going here at this location for years even before the new ownership. Will always love this place! Going to miss it once I move to the west side :(

The store has wonderful merchandise and is an appealing place when you first walk in, BUT The prices are way too high compared to other stores with the same merchandise. Great place to brouse, if owner is not around, but too expensive. The female owner can be rude and dismissive if she is busy or preoccupied, but her employees seem nice and helpful. I asked who she was and was told she was the owner… TOO BAD. It is unfortunate that this is Burbank’s only crystal/​new age store. I sent a friend in there to look at some of the braelets for a gift, and she received the same response from the femaie owner. She was dismissive and rude as if my friend was asking her to do sometihing strange. All my friend wanted, was to ask some questions about a few bracelets. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE. There are others in the Los Angeles/​San Fernando/​Pasadena area that are better in terms of customer service and prices. I feel sorry for the employees as I and others have witnessed the owners rudness, disrespect and dismissiveness with them also. Many people in the area have told me how unappealling and nasty the female owner is.
If this store makes it, it will be a miracle. The good reviews sound like they are written by the owner, or maybe the customers caught her on a good day, or they are friends of hers. I have given this store a few chances, always to be disappointed by the owner’s attitude and their high prices that are outrageous on items that I have purchased in other stores. Try Alexander II in Pasadena, on Lake.
Alexandra’s II prices are good, great selection on everything, including books, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

Beautiful, beautiful store! The owners are great people too! So much to choose from here, beautiful crystals, jewelry, oils, candles, trinkets, way too much to list. They offer classes and have readers here too. Parking is easy right out front and the vibe is so peaceful! Stop in and browse around!

I was looking for some sage for a friends new salon and another friend of mine recommended this place. I am not too familiar with sage or the different kinds but they were more than happy to show me my options and the correct way to use it. I also purchased a crystal tower and they were extremely helpful helping me find the right one I was looking for.
The shop is in a cute area of Magnolia Park and inside is beautiful. I can’t wait to go back when I have more time to browse. Definitely will be coming back.

The Crystal Shrine is exactly as the name states: a bunch of crystals for any kind of thing you may need.
There’s single stones sold individually, stones shaped like boxes or animals, stones inserted in jewelry, stones in pendulums, the list just goes on. They specialize in metaphysical needs the crystals can be used for and also sell tarot cards, books, candles, and incense. You just walk in and feel at peace here.
They also offer reading services here, but I believe they are at select times with certain readers so call and make an appointment if that’s what you’re looking for. A friend of mine has spoken to one of them and was in awe.
The prices can be steep for special items, but that comes with the crystal territory in my experience. Plenty of their individual crystals and stones sold were under $ 20, each with info concerning their uses.
Even if you’re not into the spiritual aspects, the store still has some beautiful items. I definitely recommend.

These shop owners truly value and take pride in their customers and in their store. It’s very evident. Even their readers are friendly and helpful. I’ve gone to so many healing/​crystal stores where the workers were stand-​offish and rude and it made me a crystal store nomad– looking for the right place with a true healing, positive vibe. Thank you guys, for being just that. Please don’t change! Their collection is very cute and eclectic. There’s something for everyone.

What a beautiful store! When you walk in you already feel so relaxed and calm. You can feel the energy in the air. The staff is so nice and friendly and they really make you feel welcome in their store.

What a beautiful store and awesome rebirth of a space. Shauna and her husband have created a clear and beautiful healing space with beautiful displays and of course very clear and light energy. Beautiful energy. Shauna, the owner, is a lovely woman, very welcoming and helpful. I literally just parked in front and had to go in. Beautiful jewelry and a selection of crystals. I couldn’t find what I was looking for but ended up getting some rose quartz because I couldn’t help myself. Definitely will be back.
