I choose this over my fav foods of sushi and in n out whenever i can have a cheat meal. Good deals for carryout. No need for delivery fees or a tip. Pizza is always hot and juicy right after you pick it up. Literally salivate whenever i think of this place! Dunno bout the hate on here though. Have yet to have a bad experience myself. Maybe cuz i havent ordered delivery?

I ordered online for carryout because I am one block away and with a delivery fee and tip line, you’ll end up paying twice the price for pizza. That said, the pizza was not ready at the time promised, there were at least six people working and three of them were arguing in front of me. The arguments included an array of issues such as who was going to be responsible for delivering the pizzas to something that was wrong with a prep of one pizza. A staffer struggled to put a cart into the walk-​in fridge and with so many people there, not one person offered to hold the door for her to make it easier. Not a team effort. The crust was unusually different than past times I ordered. It was dry and crumbly. Not the usual taste. Overall I have had a bad experience.

Takes a long time and is pricey. I asked for red peppers and they gave me cheese which made me mad because I waited so long for my pizza I didn’t want to go back for red peppers. Ugh next time I’m going to dominos

Worst customer service from woman answering the phone!!! Soo rude, not helpful! Hung up on me when I was just trying to figure out who could deliver to me since she could not from 0.5 miles away!

I am horrified with my experience here. The woman wasn’t paying attention when I have her my $ 20 she handed me back a $ 5 for my $ 5 pizza. I said why are you giving me a 5? She said «because you gave me a $ 10» wow, if I wouldn’t have said anything I would have gotten ripped off $ 15 dollars. She gave me a $ 10 but seemed pretty unphased by her mistake. And when my pizza was ready she didn’t even let it cool off from a 500 degree oven, I should have waited to eat it but it was so hot for awhile and burned the roof of my mouth so badly. It’s bloody and uncomfortable. Let the pizza sit there before handing it off. It’s simple logic. But since everyone is asleep in there I don’t blame them, but also have to logic to give me some napkins.

Worst service I have had at any pizza delivery service ever. Ordered a pizza and it took double the time it was estimated to receive my delivery. When I called to ask about my delivery, Michele was the girl who picked up. Michele was rude and I felt like the victim. Apparently the driver called my phone and rang my door bell, which he did not as I was waiting. Pizza came colder than a glass of beer. Simply terrible

I am thankful to be living in a world where consumers have a louder voice than advertisers. As you can see, I usually use Unilocal to praise great businesses, but now and then a business is truly deserving of a one star review.
Let’s start with the good: They didn’t screw up my order this time.
Now the bad: … because I never got it.
I love when a franchise blames corporate, then corporate blames their partner. Then the partner doesn’t get in contact with me despite a promise of 24 hours. I also love spending hours on the phone trying to figure out why in the hell it is so hard to honor your promise of a free $ 6 pizza for signing up for Visa Checkout, especially considering I just paid $ 50 for two cardboard pizzas. (I know what you’re thinking — «dude, you accidentally ate the box.» I’m positive about this, it was the pizza.)
Don’t get me wrong, I’ll never pass up a free cardboard pizza. Then again, I can’t pass it up if I don’t get it.

I ordered online and got a message saying what time the pizza would be ready. Gave them an extra ten minutes before I got there. I get there and the order was still not ready. Had to wait another 10 minutes. What really bothers me is that they make it seem like it’s ready so that you pay for it. Once you’ve paid they tell you it will be a few minutes. That’s the second time it happens to me. The whole purpose of ordering online is so it will be ready when you get there. If you must go there, I recommend you don’t pay for your order until you see that it’s ready. That way if they take too long you can just walk out. Also, their pizza seems to be greasier than other places.

Worst pizza and even worse service. Why do I continue to give these people my money?! My family decided to order pizza, and due to the poor customer service in the past, we placed our order online. 30 minutes after their quoted delivery time, I called to see where my order was. I again had the pleasure of dealing with this locations fine employees. The girl on the phone couldn’t figure anything out for a good 10 minutes before telling me my order will be there shortly. I asked why the delay, she said they’re busy and said good-​bye and hung up! As I’m writing this review, my pizza showed up at the door. 50 minutes later than they said. And COLD pizza. Are you kidding me? No apology, no nothin. If I didn’t have hungry kids I would send this cold cardboard back. This place needs an employee overhaul from the top down.
Don’t waste your money here.

Ok, so the pizza still sucks. After watching a commercial for Pizza Hut featuring those fucking karate kicking ninja turtles, I decided to give PH another whirl. Stopped in ordered a «cheesy bite» pizza, a regular bacon pizza and some wings for the family. Got home, grabbed a slice and was sadly disappointed at the fact that the «cheesy» crust was dry as fuck and saltier than a ship captain’s ass.
The wings were also dry as hell, they must raise their chickens in the fucking Mojave desert or something. The bacon pizza was good though, very tasty and not salty or dry at all. 1 star for that. The additional 2 stars are for the service. A young man named Miguel was assisting customers and he was on point with service. Very patient, thorough, and smiling the whole time, even when the customer was indecisive. So even though the pizza still sucks ass, the service was great and that’s a step in the right direction.

I don’t order pizza very often, usually just when I’m moving! I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut probably 4 times. I always get delivery. They have never been late, and the pizza is always perfect. I’m very picky about the amount of sauce. I don’t like a lot. They always do it just right. The delivery people are friendly too. I’ve been happy with my experiences thus far. Side note — I haven’t dined in.

If I could give this place less then one star I would. The service I crap. I called ahead of time to order $ 60 in pizza and they screwed it up so I had to wait for them to make new pizzas, I asked if they could at least give me one of the pizzas for free, he said no because I’m later then they’d like me to be. None the less, if I want pizza for a party I’m going elsewhere.

After reading reviews listed I checked my receipt to make sure this was the same location — and Yep, it is!!! Well my pizza was great, it arrived in about 30 mins. fresh, hot and just as ordered — we are on vaca. and in a hotel and decided to order in. The delivery driver was extremely polite too. All previous reviews are false in my opinion — we have no complaints.

Urgh this place lacks so much in customer service… They don’t always know how much items cost, they’re unfriendly, they clearly don’t like what they’re doing… But you know what, it’s a small little carry-​out spot so it’s not like you have to deal with it for long. You can’t beat the price and the pizzas are just fine.
Right now they have large pizza for $ 10. Feeds two people or one hungry beast. Word.

Not 3, not 2, and most definitely not 4 or 5. You guys can count, right? I don’t have to look like a jerk idiot trying to enunciate what 1 – 5 is, right?
Okay. So take a look:
Like a clairvoyant, what do you see in this picture? I see impending disaster. Since when did «half pineapple ham and half meat pizza» turn into «[(½*1/2*½*3)+(½*1/2*½*5)]»? Aka, the equation of disaster?
I don’t care if you did it the other way around. But that pineapple and ham combination was MY half of the pizza. You don’t mess with the horns on a bull, the back hooves of a horse, the head of a tiger, and you definitely don’t mess with MY side of the food.
