Came to legend auto sales last weekend looking for a vehicle that would meet my needs. Automobiles are not my speciality so the gentleman that helped me out was very helpful and showed me all the best possible options that will suit me best. Everyone was very positive and had a great attitude, in other words the customer service was on point. The lot had a huge selection of vehicles. You can also visit there website to check out the inventory before actually taking a visit. Recommend the place to all my friends and to anyone who’s in the market looking for a car!

We went here to look at a 2010 Porsche Cayenne and trade in our Mercedes. Logan and James were both friendly. James wasn’t pushy and got us what we asked for. I’m always a little nervous about the mechanical condition of used cars, so James gave me ample time to take it to my mechanic so he could check it out. My mechanic said it was in great condition (I should mention, just as James assured me) and I should keep it, which of course put my mind at ease. Overall this was one of the more pleasant experiences I’ve had buying a used car.

Great bunch of guys and gals. Can’t say any thing negative about them. I got a great car and think we even made some good friends. Hope to stop by and visit the next time I’m in the area.

I bought an Audi A4 off of these crooks awhile back and it looks like they are still having issues with selling faulty cars. The car I bought from them had the check engine light reset and later came on a day or two. After bringing it to my mechanic, he informed me that the catalytic converters were bad, the radiator had a crack and the o2 sensors were going out. I just wanted to throw in what I had experienced with these people.

I typically don’t leave Unilocal reviews, but the customer service we received here was truly exceptional. I went in with my parents, and we didn’t really have a clear picture of what we were looking for. The gentleman that helped us out was courteous, professional, patient, and really redefined our car buying experience! Needless to say, we found what we were looking for, and we feel very happy with the deal and the support we received. Thank you to the team at Legend Auto Sales!

This is my first time buying from a dealership, I typically buy cars from private party such as Craigslist. Being a used dealership there are many unique, one of a kind vehicles. Their inventory is amazing! Their showroom is very nice and well kept and has a great atmosphere, I notice these sort of things since I worked at a dealership myself for over a year. I’m very happy with the entire experience. It wasn’t one bit stressful as everyone says car buying is, from the salesmen to the manager they made everything smooth and made sure we were okay the entire way. I’ll definitely keep bringing my business back with Legend! Keep it up guys!

I decided to stop by because I was in need of a car. It was the best decision I’ve made in a long time! I love my car and the customer service I received was great. They took care of me like family and made sure I got a good deal. The waiting area is clean, comfortable and people were always checking up on us. I will definitely be back to buy another vehicle this summer!

Before I came to even look at a car, I entered in a Seahawks Jersey giveaway they were doing on Facebook, and won the drawing. They were very courteous and didn’t mention anything to me regarding the business they do which is to sell cars when I came to pick up the jersey.
What caught my eye was their really clean and up to date inventory selection !
After I came back to check some out, it was a non-​pressure atmosphere, they offered me coffee, water, umbrellas, and listened carefully to my requests. Took a few cars on some test drives, ran some numbers, and got me approved on the car I wanted. Love my Volkswagen!
Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a nice, used, car /​truck /​SUV, for a reasonable price.

I’ve recently bought my 3^rd car from here, and each time it has been a pleasant experience.
When I feel it’s time for something else, I see what they’ve got on their lot. Each time I’ve found the car I’ve been searching for, and each time the car sold itself. No pressure from the sales staff and an easy, seamless, process with the financing. Each time I got really good percentages, and the cars have been awesome to me. Obviously the cars are used and not new so there were things to work on, but their service department is there to help.
Loved my previous cars, and love my current Jeep that I’ve got. I will definitely be back when ready to buy something new!
Ask for James in sales, a really outgoing and friendly guy that definitely knows what he’s doing without the aggressive sales person vibe. Keep it up guys.

My experience with legends was good. John is & was an excellent car sales man. He was very helpful and accommodating as we were purchasing our car. Everyone is friendly and provided a good experience. They do take care of your needs and will work with you with any issues or questions that you might have.

My husband and I were in the market for a new car. I’ve never purchased a used car before and was wary of dealing with used car salesman.
However, after dealing with legends sales men I was more at ease. They showed me the car, we did a test drive and provided a carfax as well as a Kelly blue book. I was able to verify all info and condition of car.
Financing was quick and easy. We were able to take our car away and are extremely happy with the process and price.
A little time passed and my headlights went out. I brought it back and they fixed it with no qualms.
They were helpful and understanding even after the transaction was completed. Id recommend them and ask people to look past the negativity and stigma of used car sales.

Despite all the negative reviews… they had a car I was interested in so my husband and I took a chance. We arrived on a wk day mid afternoon, we were greeted and the sales man asked us a few questions regarding what we were interested in. We asked if we could look around and we actually got some actual space to look around (no one hovering or being creepy or over baring).
We found the car I was looking for, took it on a test run and it was great! We negotiated with the salesmen for a bit but in the end we came to a number I was happy with. The financing part was a breeze! I asked for carfax and repairs that had been done to the car and there wasn’t a problem.
My husband and I have had the car for a few months now and still HAPPY with our purchase. We have recommended a few family and friends here and they haven’t had any issues.

Bought an ’05 dodge magnum RT. Worked with me for a decent trade in value in my former vehicle, were pleasantly and realistically negotiable. After the purchase found a few hidden problems with the car, but without any argument they took it into their shop and had it fixed– no hassle. I was surprised at their willingness to accommodate those repairs despite the liability of purchase being entirely on me.

I went here May 31, 2015 and my boyfriend was interested in an Acura 2008 he had seen online. They told us they had already sold it, when in reality it was the dealership nearby that had it. We only saw the car when we were doing our test-​drive of another Acura they were really pushing to sell us. It wasn’t the car my boyfriend originally wanted but they kept rushing and pushing the sale so he had no time to think. Nice strategy btw. The headrests in the backseat were missing but they insisted that to come in in a week and they would have them ready. We came back a week later and Jon and Steve, both our salesmen were missing. We came back another week and they were again missing. We called multiple times and no one was there and no one else could help us except Jon or Steve.
Missing headrests are especially important because if you get in an accident the people in the back can snap their necks. We came back again and the guy said Steve would be there in an hour. An hour later no Steve. This place is extremely shady. We went back and talked to the manager who said he would ship headrests to us directly within 3 days, he and my boyfriend shook hands on it. One week later no head rests. We continue to call and no one can help us.
We plan to continue going back until someone gives us the headrests that were promised. The sales people are only focused on making the sale and do not honestly care about you as a customer. It is obviously commission based. And they keep lying to us about who is there and what will happen. I do not trust this place, they are extremely dishonest. I will keep you updated if we ever receive our headrests.

I stopped by here looking at a car I had seen advertised on
. I was looking for something specific and they happened to have one, so I decided to take a look knowing full well this was going to be a shady dealer. My plan in this situation is to be polite, know exactly what I want, stick to my guns, and be ready to walk away.
So of course the car I wanted to see was getting detailed. This is odd because they already had pictures posted online that looked pretty clean (I later noticed ads on craigslist for the car posted three weeks earlier). They tried to start the car and the battery was dead, and they said the detailers were listening to the radio and killed the battery. They finally got it started and I took it for a test drive, and it went OK.
I followed up by having it taken to an auto shop (Community Automotive, *highly* recommended!!) and it had a long list of items that needed to be fixed. Some of them I can understand, but others were big warning flags for me. For example, the codes had been cleared on the computer to shut off the check engine light, but the problems hadn’t been fixed (like a bad catalytic converter). This is why you can buy a car and a day or two later the check engine light comes on, because the computer flags the existing problem again. Also, the navigation DVD was missing and nobody had mentioned that when I was looking at the car. All in all it needed about $ 2500 in repairs.
I found what I wanted elsewhere in much better condition. If the car was what I wanted I would have tried to make a deal, but at a place like this you have to make sure to protect yourself and verify everything.

DONT BUY A CAR FROM HERE!!! I wish I could give them negative stars they are fraudulent car sales they will give you falsified paper work and lie lie lie it’s like they are trained to lie. I was told my car was worth 14,000 when it was barley worth 9,000 also was told it was never in a collision which was a lie my insurance shows me a record sheet of pure lies they sold me… Unfortunately I found out all this after my accident in their car where I must add the airbags were malfunction I’m in the middle of a lawsuit right now with few other people that bought cars from there. If you love your life don’t purchase car from here, Arturo how ever you spell his name is a crook with the rest of the managers and the sales guys. I can go on and on about this f***** up car dealer but you get the point.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. The guy I was dealing with was named Cole – he was new, but a very kind and professional man. I was looking at a white 350Z and was pretty set on it but I had to talk to the manager as far as making a fair deal, forgot his name.
My dad and I were the ones negotiating with this man, all we wanted was an invoice but he clearly did not want to show us it. Told us he got it from an auction and was trying to sell it for way more than it was worth. Constantly feeding us lies and not showing the proof to back his claims up. He thought we were idiots and were going to fall for his bs!
In the end we had to walk away because he kept trying to make us pay WAY over what it was worth! He didn’t even thank us or anything, he just crumpled up the papers and stormed off! So unprofessional for a manager.
This dealership has red flags written all over it. If they aren’t willing to show you the invoice or proof of anything they claim to have done for inspection or whatever, you’re at a bad place to be looking for a car my friends.
Maybe it was just my experience, but I will not be coming back and most definitely would never recommend this place to anyone.

I would never buy a car from here.
I saw a car on line that seemed like a good deal. Went in to look at it, and I should have known from the beginning they were not a reputable dealership to be buying from.
They had to jump start the car I wanted to test before they could even bring it out to me… Apparently someone «left a door open» which killed the battery… Way to take care of your inventory…
The car was a 2013 and in very poor condition on the inside. It had an «extra clean» sticker on it, even though there was cat hair everywhere throughout it. The animal probably attributed to all the scratches and general poor condition of the interior.
There were just a few external damages to the car, but the sales guy and his manager both INSISTED to me that there were no accidents reported on the carfax. I had agreed to take the car to my mechanic, because honestly I don’t trust used car mechanics to tell me the truth.
I went home agreeing to pick up the car the next day because I had a bad feeling about the condition of this car.
I looked up the carfax they had listed on their own website. Turns out it had been stollen twice and in two accidents in the last year.
Legend auto sales lied about information blatantly published on their own website! If they lie about easily accessible information, what else will they try to get passed you?!
I may be a blonde 24 year old girl, but I am no idiot when it comes to buying used cars.
