Last week I received the WORST service from Little Ceasors Pizza over by the Dairy Queen on Ambaum blvd. I HIGHLY recommend driving the extra 5 mins to patronize the litle ceasors in white center. I ordered their sweet and spicy pizza with chicken instead of pepperoni because I dont eat any pork. I also ordered a cheese pizza and Italian cheese bread. I asked the man at the register 3 times if i could get chicken and he said yes. waited 15 mins got my pizza and went home. Opened my pizza and it was pepperoni on my pizza. This isn’t the issue because I understand mistakes happen so no big deal. My issue is when I called them and told them they got my order wrong the same man at the register acted dumb like he didn’t understand. I told him I need my pizza replaced and he said«well are you going to pay for it?’ I said no and argued with me until finally my husband got on the phone and then he agreed. I also told them since they made the mistake I will need them to replace my entire order. He didn’t want to do that either without me having to pay again. I said I paid for hot pizza and shouldn’t have to have a cold meal because i had to leave and drive back to their store to replace my pizza due to their mistake. He told me I could microwave the pizza when I get home.(yeah because everyone loves rubbery pizza) Finally he conceeded so I drove there and the dude and his sister gave me flack for getting my order remade. Said I was disrespecting the food for asking for a replacement. Like this is my problem. And if they are in food service, food hold time expires so are they ignoring that and selling hot and ready pizzas well past the discard time? thats what I assume. I told them I shouldnt have to microwave my pizza I paid full price for because they screwed up and I said I have to drive all the way back to Seatac…(where my family was gathered) and they had the audacity to ask why I didnt go to the store in SeaTac instead of theirs… I took my remade order and left DISGUSTED. If it was possible to give a zero I would. There’s an Indian lady as the cashier who is extremely rude. I waited patiently for ½ hour. I noticed 4 orders being served for people that came after me. All I ordered was 2 pizzas and these folks had larger orders. So after the 4th customer I asked them what was taking so long, the cashier was so rude she told me to just wait and that she forgot my order. I don’t understand how she forgot my order when I was sitting in the store for ½ hour. I’ve never really had a good experience at this location and now because of this rude Indian lady I will never come here again.

This place is amazing, quick service, the staff are friendly. Only 5 dollars when you are on a budget! Most other pizza places are way more expensive, and the best part is they are open later than other pizza places.
