Pizza Palace

Took them an hour and 20 min to deliver our pizza after they said it would only be 50 min. Super disappointed. We called to follow up twice and they kept lying to us to get us off of it. Unfortunately this is a business that doesn’t understand the value in service.

Rude service over the phone, not helpful when asking if they deliver to Airport Marriott. Was never able to order, asked me to call back later! Never had a chance. Called on 6÷16÷16 at 11:00 pm.

Pizza is great, service is not. One person working at the time and he seems very disoriented. Try to redeem the free offer and got denied with no reason why. All good, their pizza is great though.

Wide variety menu, delivery late, carry out late. Perfect for a food snob like myself that’s also up late!
Good attitude and service at both pizza palace locations as well.

I bought a cheese pizza. Every pizza advocate knows that a true test of a pizzaria’s ability is in its cheese pizza. With I it three ingredients it’s easy to fail at any one. However, pizza palace fails at two. In my professional opinion PPs crust and cheese are both below average. Their crust needs to be a little thinner and the cheese isn’t there enough. The sauce is great though.

We had this on Friday night. It was a lil’ pricey but VERY GOOD! The wings were perfect, the calzone was perfect and the Pasta Alfredo was SOO GOOD! Even the salad was pretty. It was fresh and crunchy. I’d gladly spend the few extra bucks again :) I asked for delivery and they said it would be 65 mins to get to our hotel but they were there in 45. I’ll have it again when I am back in the area.

I love the pizza here! I get extra cheese, pep and onions and it always comes hot and fresh and very tasty! Not undercooked and not overdone but just right! The side dishes are nothing special so stick to pizza and you won’t regret it!

Late dinner needs, in a hotel near the airport, perusing the list of restaurants that deliver. We popped for Pizza Palace and really enjoyed the pizza that we chose — the Mediterranean. Italian sausage with lots of vegetables and both pesto and red sauce. Hit the spot. Delivered to our hotel and arrived piping hot and tasted good.
This isn’t our usual neighborhood, but if it were, we’d probably order from here again. Delivery was 45 minutes, however we were a bit away from their location and it was 9 pm on a Friday night.

Well I am thoroughly disappointed in my experience with this place. I was hopeful after reading the good reviews, but i shouldnt of let my expectations get that high.
Cons:
–My BLT was unlike any BLT i have ever had. It came on a VERY skinny hotdog like bun, with diced chewy bacon (i requested extra crispy), some sort of melted cheese (mind you, NOWHERE on the menu did it say ANYTHING about there being cheese on it) and little flakes of soggy brown lettuce. (no tomato, i ordered it without). The flavor of the whole thing was just horrible. I took one bite (after peeling off the «lettuce») and actually spit it out.
–My ceaser salad had approximately 13 leaves of lettuce, 150 croutons, and maybe 1 tbsp of some sort of diced up cheese (tasted like mozzarella) when i had requested extra parmesan. I did eat the salad because i was starving and it wasnt terrible, but even after eating like 2 croutons with every bite, i could not see the bottom of the container when i was finished because there were THAT many croutons left.
–Delivery took over an hour.
Pros:
–The strawberry swirl cheesecake was pretty good, despite being like 40% frozen.
–My water bottle was cold.
Will not be ordering again.

i never try this place but my frind brought Hawaiian pizza at work i had slice it wasn’t any special same as domino or you get it from safeway make you own so i wouldn’t go and waste my time

We have ordered Three times from here. We love the Calzones and the delivery is fast. We have not had any issues with the delivery and have enjoyed everything we have tried.

Nasty and Overpriced to start
When did spaghetti begin getting made with Pizza Sauce and then baked in an over like on … Pasta was over cooked sauce tasted like crap… I would have rather ordered Dominos, a lot better off and priced better…
Save your money and don’t order for this place Food Sucks

After all the bad reviews, we were worried that the pizza would be crap. But, it was surprisingly good and tasty! We ordered a three item, large pizza for $ 12.99. With tax and delivery to the red roof inn it was $ 18.60– a little surprised at the jump but hey, it was late. Pizza was chicken, mushroom and artichoke hearts — very good and very cheesy! Not greasy. We would order again if we come back to Seatac airport.

Played tourist in the city with some out of town friends, stayed over night, had the midnight munchies… enter pizza delivery !!! We ordered the «mediterrain pizza» and it was great, it was not greasy, there wasn’t a ton of stuff dripping down your fingers and the dough had the perfect amount of chew to it… if we stay in the greater Seattle again and feel the need for pizza at a late hour… we will indeed be calling Pizza Palace for another pizza.
The only drawback I can mention is the delivery time took well over an hour, but we were pleasantly pleased with the results when it arrived :-)

Meh. I would say that it was a 1 star but the wings I ordered have it that little push into the 2 rating. Pizza is absolutely nothing special. Seems like store bought dough, be honest. I wouldn’t recommend it, regardless of how nice the driver was. Which reminds me, the guy one the phone? Pretty mean.

Nice to have a quick pizza delivery in th e SeaTac area for those staying in the hotels. We ordered a pizza and hot it in under an hour. Good flavor, but delivery charge seems a bit high. $ 19 pizza + $ 6 salad and the total was over $ 34.

I wasn’t sure if I would give this place 3 or 4 stars. I finally gave the restaurant 4 stars. Here’s why. The pizza came earlier than what the time was given to me. I know it was less than 45 minutes which is OK. The pan pizza had lots of veggies which I liked. The dough was a little chewy but again was OK. I didn’t have to ask for light sauce as it was already light. It was warm when tasting it. The taste was good and the dessert was strawberry cheesecake which really was good. It would have been nice to have a larger piece. Because of the dessert being really good, that brought up the rating to 4 stars. The price is certainly reasonable and will buy a pizza and dessert again. I recommend it to other’s. Since this is the first time I ordered it, I couldn’t answer any of the questions in the review since it was delivered.

Pretty good pizza better than dominos and Pizza Hut the sauce has a good flavor and delivery time was pretty accurate will order again

Easy online ordering. Ordered a medium tandoori pizza and salad. Delivery time was accurate 45 – 60 minutes straight to my hotel room by the airport. Pizza arrived warm, not piping hot, but was very good. Spent around $ 28, included delivery charge and tip for the entire order which is still much cheaper than room service at the hotel. Excellent choice for late night delivery for those staying in the SEATAC Airport area. Will definitely order again. Thank you Pizza Palace!

We ate in the restaurant and it is evident they don’t have many guests that «dine in».
We had a piping hot pizza in less than 10 minutes from when we ordered it.
Just the right amount of toppings and perfect balance of cheese and sauce.
Aside from the usual grease from the cheese, pepperoni and bacon we had on it, the crust was light and not soggy.
Good pizza for the price $ 14 for a large 3 topping.
While the name, location and presentation of the restaurant leave something to be desired, it’s a pretty darned good pizza and I will come back again if ever in the area craving some pizza.
