Pizza Hut

So I have always ordered Pizza Hut for delivery until I moved to Burien. Upon moving here I found that the Burien Pizza Hut was incapable of properly making pizza to standard Pizza Hut recipe. Pan crusts were flavorless and not proofed properly. Other crusts were even worse. I started ordering from a competitor who normally I would never have ordered from but was the best nearby option.
After a change of management I returned to ordering from Burien Pizza Hut. My first experience was great. Now I have had another nightmare experience. My pizza was over 20 minutes late beyond the estimated arrival time. The driver (who had his dog in the car) then drove past my house and didn’t circle back for 3 minutes. When he arrived he slowly and lazily walked to the door. He did not apologize for the lateness. I was told however that it was on the house.
When I got inside and opened the pizza, it was a medium. I had ordered a large. I called in and spoke to a woman named Denise who said she was the head manager. Apparently the driver has some unseen disability and his dog is service dog though to wasn’t wearing the usual clothing stating as such. Denise was polite and professional and I was given a $ 20 credit on my next order. I am very disappointed with my overall experience but happy with how Denise conducted herself in response. This 1 star rating will remain here. It will be changed if things are better when I use that $ 20 credit. I sure hope so.

This place was not very impressive. They didn’t get our simple order right. It was unfortunate. Oh well, we will just try some other places and not go there again.
