I came upon this Phở joint one late night when I was super hungry and everything else was closed. I walked in hesitantly but the friendly manager won me over right away. The soup was incredible and the spring roll was perfect. I really enjoyed my meal here and I don’t anywhere else for phở

Phở Lily is my favorite phở place in the area, though still not outstanding. Their service has always been good though, and it’s spacious inside. I’ve never been there when it was really busy though. The funny thing about this place is the parking. There’s just a little bit in the front, but if you go to the back like you’re going to drive off a cliff(it’s not a cliff) there’s some more down the hill. If you pretend it’s a cliff, you might have a pretty fun adventure and I’m sorry I ruined the surprise for you. But yes, go there for good Vietnamese food and good service. Oh, I always get egg rolls at Vietnamese restaurants, but I saw it on the menu here I thought«nah, that’s too expensive» lol

Best phở I could get in Burien. Gets the job done but isn’t worth craving or life changing. It’s the best unless you can get to White Center or Renton. Convenient and the service is friendly.

Phở broth is pretty good, a bit oily. But the prices and portions were great. 7.75 $ for a huge bowl of phở. The restaurant is small but quaint, you seat yourself. My daughter had short ribs with egg which was also good. Easily best place in Burien for Vietnamese food.

I am so glad I found Phở Lily! This is a restaurant that I’ve passed a million times. You would never know that they have the best phở from the outside. Their broth is so delicious and they are very friendly and accommodating. I wanted to finish my soup before I even had a chance to put hoisin/sriracha in lol. Their spring rolls are fresh and yummy. The peanut sauce tastes different and isn’t what I’m used to but that’s okay. I am seriously never going to the phở restaurant in the plaza next door ever again, especially because their service is horrible compared to Phở Lily :)

Been coming here since I was a child and it never fails me, has the best broth, doesn’t taste bland and wether I’m hung over or sick or just want phở this is my only go to spot. I refuse to eat phở any where else if it’s not here or my mommas. I’d admit it does look a little sketchy but hey the best places aren’t always the best looking. I don’t always expect good service from an Asian restaurant but as long as they get my order right and the food is good im all for it. Not only the phở is good but the Vietnamese coffee and bo Kho with toasted baguette, spring rolls and ban xeo are delicious! Try it out, you won’t regret it!

Really really good crispy chicken wings. no idea why. average phở and other vietnamese dishes. use apple maps or waze to get here for the first time off the 518. it’s a weird set of blocked turns.

I think this is one of the better, if not the best phở in Burien proper. No, it doesn’t have a cocktail bar, video golf, and darts and all the ambiance that is commensurate with such an environment, but the food is good quality. Please go so I don’t have to find somewhere else.

Didn’t have good customer service, kitchen and staff came out and were eating next to us while we were waiting for our to go box. One of the cooks had gloves that are not for food handling which was the same greasy looking when she came out of the kitchen, used them to eat while we were there. It was not very professional establishment especially for a restaurant. We had to go to the counter to get their attention to pay our bill, they over charged me for something I didn’t order, we caught it so we questioned it. They eventually returned the money but he was still confused. I gave them two stars because the younger lady made my bubble tea not too sweet. Other than that, I won’t be going back there.

The service is great and attentive. I ordered the brisket and meatball phở. Immediately the scent of the broth was meaty and rich. The soup tasted great, the noodles weren’t soggy like at some other phở stores. I enjoyed this phở very much.

Really great food! I always call in orders for phở to go and it’s hot and ready within 10 minutes. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because they seem to have a few young people working up front that don’t really know what they are doing but other then that I thoroughly enjoy the fast and tasty food!

Pretty much everything Andrew S said is wrong. Mine came with all the usual fixings. We love this place because it’s fast and fresh the one in the safeway parking lot is awful. Best is the spring rolls and bubble tea. Would have given 5 starts but the man is usually grumpy. I think he works open to close so I get it, but you have to smile to get 5 starts buddy.

******If you have MSG allergies I advise you steer clear of this place***** Went in last night with 2 other people and waited about 10 minutes to place our order. I found this to be a bit long so I told the gentleman we were ready. He helped a woman with the security cameras for another couple of minutes before finally coming to take our order. My partner has severe reactions to MSG so I told the waiter no MSG in his food. The waiter just shook his head dismissively.(Hindsight is 20⁄20 we should have left then). The appetizers were beyond lackluster. Fried tofu was literally just that. It tasted like old oil. Veggie spring rolls were gross and the fried veggie rolls were also bland and unmemorable. The broth for the phở tasted pretty good at the time but by the end of the meal had separated. I’ve never seen that before. By the time I got home my eyes were so bloodshot it stung to remove my contacts. This morning I woke up with a headache like my head had been stomped into a curb last night(there was no drinking involved last night– just phở and home and sleep). I will never return to Phở Lily and if you have any reservations about MSG I implore you to try a different place for phở. Phở La Vang is great and when you tell them that there are MSG allergies they actually refrain from serving you food laced with MSG.

Quite impressive crispy rice pancake and Phở does Burien proud. Heineken delivered promptly and spring rolls were excellent.

It was pretty refreshing to not only find a legit phở shop in the the Seatac area(which we frequent as family comes in and out of the airport) but one that was open at 9am. 9 freaking am, yes, you read that right. My favorite breakfast and definitely the best hangover cure around. I had phở gau(fatty flank) and bo vien(meatballs) but its all about the broth and it was clear and free of MSG. Very, very, very enjoyable. The staff is friendly,(even pre 10 am) and it’s just your quintessential phở shop that you should expect(but don’t always get). This is the kind of broth that you DON’T add Siracha and Hoisin sauce to, by the way, the flavor profile is best enjoyed untainted but if you have to add something, basil and lime is plenty enough.

We ordered the Phở Ga, fresh spring roll, crispy egg roll, and a side grilled pork. Of the items ordered, the grilled pork was the best, it was very flavorful and tender. The Phở Ga was a little bland, the fresh spring roll w/peanut sauce was a bit odd. The peanut sauce was watered down and thin. It didn’t really taste like peanut sauce at all.

It’s super crowed and you sit yourself down. The food is pretty good I got the seafood phở(number 22) and got the medium. Usually I get small and can’t finish it but here, the medium is pretty much a small. So for those of you who usually orders small I suggest ordering medium. The phở is pretty good though. But their service isn’t that great. I think there’s only one waitress serving the whole place. Our water wasn’t refilled and it took a while for them to bring our food. Other than that, everything was ok

I love this place. It really surprised me. I’m Vietnamese, so when I go to a Vietnamese restaurant. I don’t just looking for Phở. There is something more than Phở!!! This is what I got. A rice plate with grilled beef & egg roll & egg. Different than other restaurants. This place showed a full set of rice dish(fish sauce w/lemon + soup). Yes!!! I know ur question. It’s not just beautiful but also yummy. Beef was soft and smell good. Egg roll was crunchy and flavored, not oily. Service was good and staffs were friendly. Inside was clean. Décor was ok. Parking was small. Good enough for me! I would recommend this place and I will come back. :)

For eight years, My and her family have been operating this small eatery named after her now twelve year old daughter. Making noodles must be an act of love, as My also has a full time job outside the family business. Bamboo sprouts in the middle of the pink and green room which holds about fourteen tables and it felt pleasantly full. The place was busy — several families and a lot of small children were bustling about. Kids were boisterous and that simply added to the casual festive atmosphere. The soup was wonderfully flavored. It was a little sweet, savory, and the beef was ever present with each bite. The meat was smooth and slipped down Rene’s throat easily, though she said that its smoothness made the soup slip off too quickly. I ordered my usual Ph Gan — tendon. There was a lot of meat. I had a bite from beginning to end. And it was cooked to the perfect softness — very soft yet a chew and crunch at the end of each bite. It is my favorite Ph Gan by far. full blog and photos at
