The long line had me nervous at first but the manager got to me right away. Luis was the associate that helped me and he was terrific. As an existing customer I was on a plan that cost me more and he helped me adjust and save a lot of money. Ask for Luis, great customer service!

Don’t go to this location. Near my house but more of a hassle than convient. Go to Bellevue they have very good staff. Employees here at burien 3 times have charged me for Tmobile SIM starter kit retail. I purschased 3 phones from them within a month, at two different times, each comes with a SIM card. All phones pusrchased in box comes with a SIM card. Yet, i think its part of their sales so they can make comission of some sort for ringing up a SIM starter kit retail $ 15. I had notice 2 of them both were on credit card purchased and had received my refund. Yet, I’m still upset that looking at my old invoive from 3 months ago I cant get my refund for my 3rd $ 15SIM kit i had to buy in cash. It not much but imgine if they ran it up by X amount of customers per day how much extra comision or sales that store or employee will make. This is fraud. Customers trust in t mobile employee for their expertise. Yet, I’m feel ripped off. I will only go to Bellevue location from now on, since their employee actually knows no to cheat their customers, do explain all offers and deals in clear.

This store is a fucking fraud!!! We selected a $ 80 phone, and the salesman JOHN kept pushing us to buy a $ 180 phone. After we kindly declined he proceeded to check us out with the $ 180 dollar phone. I had to tell him it was the wrong phone and he reluctantly went to get the $ 80 phone after he charged us! Then he only refunded $ 160 on top of charging for the $ 80 phone. This is a fucking joke and I will definitely be mailing corporate a letter along with my bank statements and receipts and I will never be returning to this shit store again I hope they close down for being a bunch of lying thieves!

Assholes that’s the only word I can explain its Sunday so I know they close early I pulled up it was 5:58 and they locked their doors on me and started to pull down the metal over the windows! It’s really obvious I can’t walk well because of leg problems and when I got to the door I knocked and asked if there was anywhere else I could pay my bill and this jerk just waved no and walked in the back! How freakish ride it takes me a lot to get out of my house and in and out of my truck plus they still had 2 minutes til closing !!! I only had to pay my bill!

Had a wonderful and informative visit here on Monday April 6th.2015. I got a new phone and all my answers were answered. They were all very nice and polite. There is even a good looking guy there named Brian and He is HOT!

If there was an option for negative stars I would have chose that. I’m just now writing this review two months after my horrible experience there. I have been with tmobile for thirteen years and I have never had a bad experience until now. Let me start off by saying we arrived and were first in line but were helped after they decided to take another person in front of me. First upset but I treated it like a hiccup and let it go. Fast forward to nice young girl helping me who says she will sync my photos to my new phone and it would be 15 – 20 mins. Ok, sounded good. THREE hours later my phone was ready, they claimed it was due to how many pics I had. I had 600… however I go to check out my pics and find 2000 that are NOT mine on there! Yeah they allowed someone else’s pics to sync on to mine and lord knows how many of mine that person got. Can I say security breech! After calling in this complaint to tmobile they«claimed» they would investigate it. Yeah right. After so many years of good service that’s all I get. Not even a «Sorry». The store manager at this location is inexperienced and rude. Don’t waste your time here and be forewarned when you bring in your phone your personal stuff is now up for grabs.
