I had a pretty easy time of it. This is my first visit in a long time, I usually use another cleaners, but I was in a hurry. The problem child was my long cowboy style duster had been worn during some recent bouts of rain and the tails had gotten muddy. To add insult to injury, my dog thought it was the outside coming inside when I had it hanging up to dry, and peed on it. Got it back in less than a day which I was pleasantly surprised about. They dog odor, gone. The mud, mostly gone. I can live with the result. They emailed me to notify as well. Crest has upped their game in the customer service department. I’m very pleased with the result.

Very pricy… great customer service! I am extremely picky about my clothing… I want my clothes cleaned & pressed a certain way and I do not have the time to do it myself. Crest hangs my clothes on a hanger in the manner I like… I hate my pants or sweaters folded on a hanger because it leaves fold marks.
Crest work is impeccable!

They do a good job but way way too expensive. Getting a suit dry cleaned by them is like $ 13 or so. I now go to 1.95 dry cleaning down the road. Get suits dry cleaned for under $ 4. A bit further from my house but worth the $ saved.

The last 2 times I’ve used Crest they have «lost» two very expensive shirts. Do they even care? No. I called to complain and let them know they were losing a customer and I was told I «need to do what you need to do». Unless you want to repurchase clothes… don’t use them! Ever!

They do a great job on cleaning clothes and wallets. It is expensive, no doubt about it. But I’ve never been dissatisfied with the quality of the job they’ve done. Drop it off in the morning and pick it up after 5. Same day service is what you’re paying for.
My only complaint is that they don’t have a tailor to make repairs or see buttons.

Too expensive! I just realized I could have saved $ 40 on a $ 100 order if I dropped my clothes off at the cleaners located within the Safeway next door to this place. Just one example, a 2 piece suit is $ 14.90 at Crest, but only $ 9.25 at the cleaners at Safeway.
