7:30 on a Saturday and they weren’t open. even though posted hours on the door and online say they’re open until 9. not a very good way to run a business.

Go to Fair Oaks instead. It’s not that much farther out of the way. I went here a few months ago to add a new phone to my plan(switch phones). I asked multiple times if anything would change with my plan and was repeatedly told nothing would change except the phone. Bill would be exactly the same. I then started getting HUNDREDSOFDOLLARS in overage charges on my bill. I went in to have them fix it and got a «um, huh, not sure how that happened.» They had me call Verizon(from Verizon — anyone see anything wrong with this?) The lady on the phone was wonderful. She fixed my plan moving forward but said the store had to issue the refund and noted in my account that it was their error. I’ve been trying to get my refund for weeks now. The manager is terrible about returning calls. He has just a few days left before I go to his regional manager. I will continue working my way up the chain until I get results. But save yourself the trouble. Just go to Fair Oaks.

Phone died and we went to the Burke Verizon Wireless store yesterday, which is closest to our house. We were unsure if the store was open or not because inside lights were off and store was dark, but it was past opening time posted on the front glass. Doors were open so we went in. The lone young male employee had his head down on the desk napping. It was very clear from the onset that we interrupting his siesta. When we told him what the issue was with the phone(battery drains quickly and won’t recharge), he didn’t look at the phone, never asked to see it, didn’t pull up our acct to find the age of the phone to see if it was still under warranty, made no attempt to assist us. His uninformed diagnosis… charging jack is loose, needs soldered, you need to call and file an insurance claim. Case closed and he dismissed us. Unbelievable. Verizon never fails to disappoint.

This is a smaller store but carries all the essentials, and the sales associate that helped us was really nice and patient. Will definitely being going here over fairoaks everytime.

I just purchased my new phone here, not only was I given excellent customer service by the staff but the new manager personally transferred my contacts, photos, and set up my email from my old phone to my new phone. I couldn’t thank him and his staff enough for being so helpful and quick with the whole process! Great experience and I highly recommend!

Every time I enter this store, there are typically two scenarios: the two salespeople are with other customers and rarely acknowledge my existence, or, the one person that is there cannot answer any of my questions. Because I grocery shop and have other errands in that plaza, I stupidly try over and over to get service there. Of the approximately 10 times I’ve entered their door, once there was a salesperson who helped me and even stayed after store closing to get my new phone set up. One out of nine times is very, very bad. It is a shame that this store is so very poor because that shopping plaza is always full of customers. While Fair Oaks is ridiculously busy, they do know what they’re doing and stick with you to the very last question.

This is the worst store I have ever dealt with. The manager has no clue about customer service and it more interested in his own ego. He is arrogant, rude, and, thinks he knows it all. He belittles his employees in front of customers even when the employees have done no wrong. Do your self a favor and go to Fair Oaks mall instead.

This is a small store that does not carry phone inventory or very limited on hand. The customer service has always been bad and I have been the only customer in there each time I have gone. They act like its a chore to wait on someone. It is close to my house, but the Springfield or Fairfax stores are much better when I had used them in the past. I and my husband made the mistake of pre-ordering phones here. Not only were the phones delayed over a month, the phones were then out at other Verizon stores and these people would not call to other store to get one at their location. Since we prepaid for our phones we were stuck working with them. I am still waiting on my phone.
