I didn’t expect to be such a fan of this iHOP. It’s in a shopping center close to my gym and after a rather intense workout we were starving and needing low carb fare. The atmosphere here is considerably nicer and more modern than a typical iHOP and our waitress was attentive and friendly. I ordered the cobb salad and it was unexpectantly fantastic. My boyfriend ordered a sandwich that he also found quite tasty. Other than the slowness of the food, we were happily surprised by both the service and food.

After seated, I literally had to wait 25 minutes before I was asked what I wanted to order. Terrible management. I was there before some other people and the wajtress helped them first. Poor customer service. They said if I have a problem, then just leave. Water 40 min of precious time. Do not go here.

Oh I have so many things I want to say about my experience at the Burke IHOP! I went with friends after a graduation and I will organize my experience, and the experience of my company, in positive and negative I ordered the Country Fried Steak with Eggs and a side of Grits. Positive: our waitress, Mary. Negative: We were waiting to be seated for 30 minutes, even though only 4 – 5 tables were filled. This place is relatively small, but there were several tables open. Our waitress was a bit flustered because of trying to hit every table, taking orders and serving food. I believe there were only two servers with two cooks in the back, and one bus boy. After we ordered our meal, we waited for about an hour to actually eat. Now, one would hope that when it takes a while to cook(because of the lack of workers), the food would at least come out right. Nope… My chicken fried steak was dry, hash-brown was overcooked and hard, my pancakes were not cooked, and my grits was soupy. One person in my table asked, «Do you want a straw for that grits?» Country Fried Steak and Eggs with a side of Grits is IHOP to me… so needless to say, I was upset. The only thing that was good were the fries that were served for someone else at my table.

I like this place, but the service is almost always out of this world slow. The food tastes like a normal ihop would, not better or worse than any other locations. But almost every time I come here, they are either understaffed or over-seated because the food takes a good thirty minutes longer than normal to come out. That being said, I’ve never had a rude waiter here ever which is always a strong plus. Plus 24 hour locations are amazing for 2 am pancakes

Two stars is too generous. The service ISAWFUL. This isn’t based on one visit, the past few visits have been abysmal. I am sitting at the table waiting for a server to give a hoot about our table. At one point she walked past while asking if we needed anything. I had to ask her for refills for my daughters and water for me. I have asked twice for water and still haven’t received it. Now, I am holding a credit card out in plain view in hopes that they notice and bring us a check. The food is always sub par. It is close to my house, so we periodically come over here. After this visit, I don’t know if I can suffer through it again.

If this place weren’t so convenient I would never go there. On our last visit two of the three of us had to send our meals back as they were served cold after an exceptionally long wait. My guess is that they were sitting in the window waiting for the waitress for quite a while. The appetizer was served with the meal and not before. Getting a refill on water required us asking the manager on duty. The manager did give us a 20% discount for our disappointment with the cold meals and she was very apologetic. The food here, if you order anything other than breakfast fare, is just not that good and the service can be spotty. It could be just my bad luck but every time I have been there the soups of the day have been the same; chicken noodle and potato. There are a couple of others on the menu that I would like to try but they seem to never be available. So why do I ever go back? Well, sometimes I dine with others and there are a couple of people who really like breakfast for dinner and I am not going to be the stick in the mud but personally I could live the rest of my life and never visit this location again.

Quickly seated, comfortable booths, food was decent and the manager checked on each table individually.

This place is the worst at night. Service is predictably slow every time you come here later then 10 – 11. Nothing wrong with the food but the service is horrible. Take out will be the next step.

Been visiting different IHOP but always end up disappointed but this branch is really exceptional because of the service is rer awesome and the manager Mr. GREG is visible at all times that’s just letting you know that he is on hands in his order was wrong and he immediately fix the problem, apologize and even check on us if everything was okay I am in the management as well so I know what a good customer service is and he really provide it to us. our server is good and our food came in timely manner fresh and delicious we will be back on this location.

I think I’ve just had the worst experience ever. First, I was seated after about 3 parties that came in after me. I can let this go since they need to work around open tables. I ordered my coffee from the hostess who sat me and it was brought by the waitress. I immediately ordered(wanted eggs over well). Then comes the wait. Tables around me that ordered after me were served their food. I wait some more. At this point it’s about 30 minutes since I placed the order. Finally the order comes but the eggs are over easy. I mention this to the waitress and she says she’ll get it taken care of. I now have my pancakes which are getting cold(like to eat it after) and I don’t see hash browns. She comes back with the eggs and turkey bacon and guess what. All they did was toss it back in a pan. I figure ok, it’s cooked so I’ll eat it. I also mention that I’m missing hash browns that should come with the order. She comes back within a minute with a perfect rectangle of hash browns which looks like a half portion. The eggs are now over medium and there’s little burnt specks over the turkey bacon. Now what? So I try and flag down the manager who looks over but seems to glaze right past. At this point I’m furious so I go up to the counter and let him know what’s happened. He says he’ll take care of it and brings up my order, then had the nerve to tell me he’ll take half off. Half off what? I can’t eat the food. I told him I’d pay for my coffee and added a tip for the waitress(she can’t control the kitchen). I don’t expect greatness from IHOP but this sad that they can’t even cook eggs which is their staple.

There should be different cups for different drinks so that the server doesn’t charge extra. We ordered 1 hot water and one coffee, when the bill came, they charged us 2 coffees. We asked them to remove one of them, and they looked at us like we were some kind of a criminal. Horrible customer experience. Should remember this is not the only IHOP location that I can go to.

Came here on a Sunday morning around 11:30. Wait was four tables in but it was quick. Seating looked a tad tight but they have it efficiently organized so it didn’t feel tight. Our hostess was very nice and took our drink orders right away. Shortly after, our waitress Eden took our orders. Food came out pretty quick for a packed house. My son finished his chicken and waffles that he was craving and I loved my harvest grain nut pancake combo with the fruit crêpe. I had a few other things requested from Eden in which she didn’t write down but came back with everything I asked. Excellent service and food!

This place is way too small to be an IHOP. The only food we’re willing to get here is stuff like pancakes and waffles and occasionally bacon and eggs but the eggs they use must be the smallest variety in existence cause I swear you get almost nothing when you order 3 of them. The bacon feels pretty light too but whatever. We basically just order stuff like the chicken tenders & waffles around 2AM cause it’s a decent late night thing to get when you’ve got the munchies and this location is open 24 hours. But everything else is usually pretty bad and/or they mess up whatever directions you give them and have to come back, ask for them to fix it, etc. They also seem to just run out of stuff randomly and the manager has to go to a grocery store to buy more of it, which is odd for a restaurant. Just stick with stuff like pancakes and you’ll be fine. Their burgers and everything else is gross.

I was invited here for breakfast by a good friend. We were seated promptly but waited approximately 10 minutes for any server to come & take our drink order. I ordered water and a coffee. In the meantime, my friend had to leave urgently so I waited for my beverages to come. 10 more minutes? for water and coffee? I then decided not to order any food since my friend had left, but waited another oh, 10 minutes, for the waitress to even look my way before I could signal her for the check. Then, I saw the check. Remember WATERANDCOFFEE. it was nearly 3 dollars! WHAAA? Boy what a profit they made on me! SO not impressed with the service. Not gonna go back here anytime soon.

This place has always been consistent in service and food. Yes, I admit, it’s not Five Guys Burgers and it’s not dinner at Ruth Chris, but it’s less than a few miles from my home, and I can get pancakes and bacon any time of the day. We enjoyed an afternoon lunch of burgers, chicken fried steak and breakfast. We brought my dad over for his senior over 55 make your own omelet. The server overheard us discussing my dad’s birthday, and initiated a round of birthday song and free ice cream sundae. It made an old man smile. How can I not give this place 4 stars just for service.

Almost every Sunday I call in to pickup some breakfast and normally they do a pretty good job– I mean, it’s nothing spectacular, but decent breakfast food. 2 stars is for the terrible service for 1. The time I dined here and 2. For the amount of time SHADAI(who I later found out is a waitress) put me on hold when I called in for a pickup I think if a waitress answered the phone-they will put you on hold so that the front person can finish up what they were doing and get the order– shadai put me on hold for 15 mins. I feel like she forgot to tell the front person that she had a phone on hold. So annoying! Secondly, the one time I dined here, I had a server named Sunny. I felt like she didn’t care about the service she gave to us(it was me and my bf) — instead she was all over the table of like 6 guys(who were the next table over). I felt very rushed by her. Not good service from her at all! The only good person is the front girl –I think her name was Lin-something. She is super awesome!

Been to many IHOPs in past know expectations. Arrived Monday 8 – 9 Heat cranked to 75 – 80. Sons milk never came manager had to go to store. My egg sandwich had the burnt parts scraped off clear marks. My brown sugar for oatmeal had three had rocks that would not dissolve. I will never return.

Once in a while, on lazy sundays, our family eat in at the local IHOP. Foods are very good. Services are fine yet we wouldn’t go there unless we get up early. After 10 to 11am, Sundays, the line tend to getting too long, losing our precious time of Sundays.

This is my local IHOP and I while my expectations aren’t high, I do expect good service and decent food. Unfortunately, that is not what I experienced here today. We arrived at 6 am on a Wednesday morning, there were definitely less than 10 other customers(probably less than five but I’m being generous) in the place. After a short wait at the door, not sure why, we were seated at a comfortable booth near the kitchen. We waited for our server, I need coffee. After five minutes a server stopped by to tell us that our waitress had just arrived and was«getting ready» and would be «with us in a minute». Really? I’m on a time clock here so why couldn’t the hostess, or the woman that delivered the message take our order or, at the very least please get me some coffee? :) Another five minutes. Finally, the waitress graces us with her presence. Of course we are ready to order AND please bring me some coffee stat. :) The eggs, back and bananas foster french toast toast are good. My pancake; however, is cold and the grits, which she forgot about are not good. They are runny and overly buttered and taste rubbery, like yesterday’s grits with some hot water added. Not good. I fully expected IHOP to achieve a 3 star rating, there is no reason not to meet the minimum standard of prompt friendly service — but they failed. :(The food was OK but the service needs improvement.
