Paisano’s Pizza

Basically if you want Mcdonalds level of Italian, come to Paisanos. The pasta is tasteless, does not come close to qualify as Italian cuisine. The cheese on the pizza is extremely cheap, stringy, and artificial. Won’t be coming back.

Found a HAIR in my food I usually always order food from here since it’s always fresh and amazing. Although I’ve had times when I got the food and it tastes like it was cooked 2 – 3 days ago, big over all I like the food here. And today I was almost done with my sandwich and I found a medium size hair in my food.

We had cardboard and rubber for dinner last night, courtesy of Paisanos. I honest hate writing negative reviews for non chain restaurants because I understand that people’s jobs may be depended on, well not my opinion, but on these online ratings. But this place seems to be very popular in the area so, first I don’t think they are threatened by feedback, and second, I feel I should let others who have not tried it but have been told it is worth it, that it ain’t.
So we ordered their thin crust pizza and as first-​time customers we also received «dessert», which was fried dough. Geez, thanks a lot. As described earlier the crust was crispy like a stale cracker, The tomato sauce tasted like cooked canned paste, and the cheese was, well, it was nothing terribly bad. The fried dough was impossible to eat, as long as you were not a goat. And, that’s it. Nothing like $ 20 pizza to poo poo on your Saturday night if you ask me.

We came here for the first with 3 kids late in the evening on a Saturday. Every part of our experience was fantastic. The service was friendly, professional, and prompt. The salad and pizza were delicious with generous portions. We will be back!

Very good pizza, light with a delicious sauce. They also deliver to local pools in the summer. I absolutely love their Greek Stromboli with Gyro, Feta, and Olives. They also have very good cannolis. But my favorite is the zeppoles which are little balls of fried dough served with a tart raspberry sauce which complements the dough. It is single handily putting Vocellis out of business.

Excellent food. Great variety and value. The pizza is very good. Good service and friendly folks working. Good discounts and other food besides pizza.

Paisano’s is the worst pizza I’ve ever had. I don’t understand how popular they are. Pizza lacks taste and there is no sauce. Vella Bella is so much better. They are a lot in price but worth it. I even find domino’s and Pizza Hut better.

Friendly staff, good pizza and subs. But the best thing is the CANOLI. The best around. The cream is perfect and the crust amazing.

I’ve eaten at this Burke Paisanos many times and I usually order the chicken philly. Their food is good, service prompt and employees are nice. Other items I’ve enjoyed their include the pizza, tuna sub, fries, cheese fries, and onion rings.
Overall their food is solid and what you’d expect at the relatively low price point. My only gripe with them is they have a few rude drivers that I’ve witnessed tailgating others and myself on local roads before.

My family and I had delivery and the Greek salad was great as well as the calzones. Only complaint is delivery times was a little long on a few occasions!

My husband and I decided to try Paisanos for delivery last night. We ordered a steak and cheese with fries and a create your own stromboli.
We ordered online which was quick and easy and they have a list of coupons you can choose from. As this was our first time order we decided to get the free zepolies (coupon).
The order came fast and was still warm. Both meals were delicious. The fries that came with the sandwich were just ok. But the main meal made up for that.
We will definitely be ordering from here again.

Their salads are great, fresh and portions are huge. The gyro salad is the best by far.

We always get the Stromboli from here and really enjoy it. There is always adequate stuffing and the cheese tastes more «real» than from some of the other chain places. We haven’t tried any of their pizzas, but we have also tried their wings and they were pretty good.

Grilled chicken sub is very delicious. The chicken was cooked just right and the toppings of lettuce, tomato, onion, and mayo brought out the flavor.
Menu is pretty extensive so there are a god amount of choices. Clean and decent amounts of space for dining in. I’d recommend this eatery to anyone.

I haven’t been to a paisanos in a long time so decided to stop in while in the area. Staff was friendly and professional, store was neat and clean. Paisanos now serves a new style of unbreaded wings and they taste fresh, way better than the ones they sold before. Will stop in again when im in the area.

We have tried the other pizza places in Burke and still, none of them beat Paisanos. It seems to me that the quality of the cheese is better than other places.
They always accept coupons and just asking for the specials is good enough to get you a great price on a pie or 2.
The wings and salads are average– we have expanded and tried other items on the menu– it is a pizza joint so their signature dish is delish. You won’t be disappointed.

This is the 2^nd time I’ve ordered from here and both times my review is the same. First off I ordered online so this is only about the food.
We ordered a pizza (cheese and pepperoni) and fried mushrooms as an appitizer. The mushrooms were very oily and came with no dipping sauce.
The pizza was actually worse though. It tasted like someone dumped an entire thing of salt on it. You could see puddles of grease throughout the pizza. I understand pepperoni once baked gets that way but this was just disgusting. You could have literally wrung the pizza out that’s how greasy it was. There was a ton of cheese on it but it tasted rubbery. That combined with everything else meant I should have a ordered a side of heart attack with it.
What else was odd was the pizza wasn’t cut. Not really a big deal since I have a pizza cutter but that just added to the only 1 star rating.
We have ordered their sandwiches before and the bread was stale and dry.
This was the 2^nd and final time I’ll order from here.

Our family likes this place a lot. My kid likes the kid meals and my wife loves the big salads. I aint the pickiest so I like everything for the most part.

This has fast become the favorite pizza joint in Burke. The salads are good as well as the sandwiches.

The pizza resembled NY style thin crust. I ordered a Hawaiian and Bacon Cheeseburger. The Hawaiian wasn’t as good as Papa John’s Hawaiian pizza; however, the Bacon Cheeseburger was delicious! The bacon, cheese, burger, and onion was a nice pairing of ingredients. The staff was friendly in welcoming me aka the hungry Redskins fan. I definitely love bargins especially pizza. Hopefully the Redskins and Garçon continue the winning ways this season and beyond as both Redskins fans and Paisano pizza fans will benefit ! HTTR
