This is the best cheesecake I’ve ever had. Ever.
I met Tracy at the Fairfax Farmer’s Market today, bought a slice of coconut cheesecake (with a refreshing topping of mango & pineapple crumble/crush), and devoured it when I got home. I am in love.
For cheesecake, I usually prefer the banana cream cheesecake at The Cheesecake Factory because of its light texture and creaminess. Tracy’s is, by far, the better. The texture of her cheesecake is perfect. She added the perfect amount of coconut throughout the cake, and the topping is actually delicious! I could eat that on its own, and I never say that. I do not like toppings that taste «sticky» nor «artificial”— her desserts do not fall within that category, to say the least.
Delicious, delicious, delicious.

The staff was very helpful and courteous! But that wasn’t the best part. The cheesecake was amazing, I really enjoyed eating devouring it! It was difficult to make the cake last as long as it did. I will be ordering many more delectable, irresistible* deserts from Tracy.

I got to meet Tracy at the Occoquan craft show. It was nice being able to sample cheesecakes. I got the Turtle cheesecake and it was amazing. I also got to try the Oreo one and it was really good. I enjoyed the cheesecake and I will be back.
