This is my first Unilocal review and it’s a little long! I use Unilocal all the time & this time was no different. I needed a cake for my son’s birthday and we normally just do a sheet cake but wanted something special for his first «big party» with lots of friends and our big family (normally just family and a few friends). We found Sophisticake on here and read all of the reviews before contacting Grace. I’m so happy to say that her reviews did not fail me! She was very helpful with giving us her opinion and different options as we had a budget and didn’t know exactly what we wanted (just the theme). The cake was perfect! The look was great which my son was overly excited about! But the taste! The taste was even better! We went with chocolate and everyone loved it! I can’t wait to work with Grace again!

Grace made my wedding cupcakes and cake topper and she did a phenomenal job. I highly recommend SOPHISTICAKE as the cupcakes were delicious and made with quality ingredients. Grace was very professional and communicated timely and proficiently so she was such a breeze to work with. I was very happy with what she provided and will be using her services for other events!

Grace whipped up some lovely ‘rose’ cupcakes for me on short notice and they tasted as good as they looked. Very flexible and communicative. Drive carefully after pick up and don’t ruin the design like I did!
I’m sure I’ll be back but I hope in the future we can pay with card. :)

I called to order a 25th wedding cake and cupcakes on short notice (like 3 days away) and Sophisticake was super accommodating. She made an unbelievably delicious carrot cake and mini red velvet cupcakes and coconut cupcakes. All the guests RAVED about how delicious all the desserts were. I wish I had business cards to hand out because that’s how many people asked for them. The cake and cupcakes were super moist and the frostings were all wonderfully delicious and not too sweet (as I find most cupcakes to be). I highly recommend Sophisticake for any event needing delicious cakes or cupcakes! YUM!!!

I love Grace’s cupcakes/​cakes! I finish the icing too, which really does not happen ever. Grace’s cupcakes/​cakes are made with organic ingredients and they actually taste as heavenly as they look; light, fluffy, just the right amount of sweet. Definitely worth the calories.

Her cake was THE best birthday cake we’ve ever ordered for our son. Not only was it absolutely beautiful but it was by far the best chocolate cake I’ve ever eaten… SO moist! It was a huge hit among both kids and parents at the party. I won’t be getting my cakes from anywhere else!

I know my cakes. It is a guilty pleasure and a treat for myself for working hard, working out and being a mom to small kids. Grace bakes the most delicious and moist cakes and cupcakes I have ever tasted. I do not use anyone else! Her designs are incredible and always exceeds my expectations. Grace is a perfectionist, and it shows in the flavors and the designs of her creations. If I can give her 10 stars, I would!
