Arby’s

We love Arby’s… Although old… and the restroom needed an update. The restaurant was clean, the manger was friendly, food was good and ice tea was fresh! Good rest stop if your looking to stop outside of DFW!

ok let’s be honest, it’s Arby’s… A fast food chain, how clean can it be? I ordered the advertised smoked ham with brown sugar bacon, I have to tell you, «it’s very good!» I will definitely get this sandwich again, it’s that delish! I dined in for lunch, it seemed pretty typical for a chain, except the manager, Harry actually walked around the restaurant and ask every patron how they were doing and if everything was fine. That’s pretty cool, considering he was the same guy that took our orders just minutes before. During my visit I also noticed other customers addressing Harry and talking to him as if they were neighbors. Super nice guy that loves his job and taking care of his customer, need more managers like that, I’m a fan!

Raw curly fries, slow service, stale bun. Top it off with the fact that they were playing that twerking bitch, Wrong Direction, etc. 103.7. You know, no talent, autotuned, sing three words, say «WO WO WO» a lot. Also, the place is filthy!

Not very good service. Drive thru is undependable on ordrrs. Customer service inside is sub par at bedt. To long waiting on food.

The slowest service ever. The drive through line was taking an eternity so my hubby ran inside and still waited over 10 minutes for our food AFTER paying. There was a normal amount of traffic for lunch hour so I’m not sure why it took so long. Somebody our curly fries weren’t even cooked all the way through. I haven’t ever had that happen. Needless to say, we won’t be coming to this location again on our travels.

The place needs a make over. It looks dirty. I do love the regular roast beef sandwich.
