Stay away! The hotel double billed me hit my card when I paid cash not once but twice, and it was a act as of congress to get halfway corrected. The a/​c and phone didn’t work no matter what maintenance man in 3 days to fix. Had to ask for maid to clean the room. I am diamond elite member the manager which is the owners nephew would not credit back my account for the cash I spent. I spent hours on the phone with my bank, hotel, and Choice time is money. The only way I will be happy is total refund!

Loved this hotel. I got in pretty late and seeing how tired I was the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and offered to help me getting my bag to my room. The hotel was pristine. I got a king non smoking room. I got the best rest I’ve had in days. I woke up in the morning to try the breakfast. I loved that it had eggs and bacon as well as waffles, yogurt, and fruits. I am allergic to some flour so I can’t eat most of bread breakfast. Really loved the hotel and would recommend it highly to anyone!!! Also, I looked into booking econo lodge that is typically terrible but cheap the same night and this hotel was only five dollars more expensive… Definitely worth the extra few dollars!

If everything had gone ok, this would be 4 stars. We get to the 2^nd floor room and the cards don’t work. Back downstairs, back upstairs. the new cards don’t work. Back downstairs, back upstairs to new room on 3^rd floor. Only 1 card works. Back downstairs, back upstairs and the card finally works on the 3^rd or 4^th try. We’re off to a good start. Good soft beds and a clean bathroom. The wifi just barely worked enough to keep me from going back downstairs. The next morning at check out, there is a «service charge» on the bill. The snippy desk clerk removes it while telling me «just this once and just for you». HA! Please fix everything because this is a nice place and we will be back.
