Ashley Reid is a horrible, rude waitress who doesn’t properly attend to her guests. She gives attitude as if she’s bothered by our presence alone. Food is okay, but beer is cold and service is terrible. I will never go back and I do not recommend it.

While in town visiting my sister and brother in law I ventured out to find a non-rowdy place which had pool, food and drinks. This spot has great options for everyone on one night. There are three different large areas(separate rooms). Saturday night while I was there one room had live music, one room is dining and bar area with big screens and one huge back room has pool tables, video games and other options such as a bean bag tossing game(cannot recall name). There is also plenty of space(huge areas) which is not too common in night life spots these days. Even better was the fact that noise from each of the different rooms didn’t carry over to the other rooms. You could actually have a good conversation in the bar and dining area as well as the pool area while the live band played. The staff was extremely friendly and engaging. Before I sat down the bartender had already greeted me and asked what she could get me to drink. The patrons were really friendly. When I went to the back room to see the pool tables and watch those playing I was asked if I wanted to play straight away. Nice to see that there were no table hogs or long lines to catch a game. No rowdy drunks here either, just people having a great time. The tables were nice and in great condition unlike most bars and even the pool sticks were STRAIGHT! Who knew that existed unless you bring your own stick. I met the owner while watching other’s play pool and he invited me to go ahead and play as well. He shook my hand and introduced himself(not as the owner) which tells me the man is down to earth. Just from observing I figured out he was the owner. He was extremely nice and attentive to what was happening in his establishment while socializing with customers and helping his staff. I have not tried the food, however my brother in law tells me it’s pretty good. Everything is more than reasonably priced and you certainly get your money’s worth and receive great service. You are asked if you would like another drink before you are empty and I was never left waiting. They have more than enough servers to cover the customers. No waiting in line, no elbow to elbow or people running into you and no waiting on bathrooms. Lol! And the restrooms were clean and kept up as well. Clean sinks with soap to wash and nice clean paper towels to dry your hands. I don’t normally mention restrooms in post, but if you are a lady then you appreciate a public restroom being kept up. I’ve read a few bad reviews of Dalton’s which I have to say seem to made up, or someone who will never be pleased. As the Unilocal app goes anyone can write anything about your business, you are lucky if you can ever have bad, unfair or fictitious reviews removed. As the bar and grill business goes, no establishment will EVER please 100% of customers. There are those few unhappy unpleasant folks(the cold water committee) that write mean hearted, hate filled reviews to make themselves feel better. When someone does write a bad review, I encourage you to do as I do, look at their profile and see how they rated other business’. It is no surprise that they rate other companies extremely poor as well. To those people I say this: If you don’t like ANY business that you’ve reviewed, you are the issue and should try creating realistic standards to review by. This is not only business owners lively hood, but employees depend on receiving fair honest reviews, not slanderous reviews that risk ruining their reputation and living. Typically if you bring your complaint in a non defensive caring manner to a business owner, manager or staff, they tend to address your issue with the upmost respect and care. In my opinion the girls were not dressed inappropriately at all. They were covered up and dressed respectfully. Regardless, in today’s bar scene(although I’m not a advocate of showing a lot of skin), most successful bar and grills such as Hooters, Twin Peaks, Red Neck Heaven, etc. do have provocative dressed females working for them. It is a common trade practice in that industry. Again, I’m not a supporter of that practice but I do go into bar and grills expecting this to be the norm. I’ve heard from great sources that the food is good. This is a bar and grill however, so don’t expect Del Frisco’s or Ruth’s Chris on a beer budget. It’s not that kind of establishment. This is a great place where you can have a ton of fun, eat good food and have great drinks with great service and a variety of things to do at a MORETHANREASONABLEPRICE. If you like to have fun, listen to live music, play pool or just watch sports and /or have a great conversation with hard working honest staff and customers then this is the place to be. Keep up the great work!

Worst service ever. Don’t expect to see the waitress between the time you sit down and when you get the check. On top of that, the lunch menu is falsely advertised. The soup and salad special says that you get a pretzel roll with the meal. That was a lie. I asked the waitress why we didn’t get one and all she could say is, «we have a new chef.» She never stopped for water refills. She didn’t check up on us. Oh and let’s not forget to mention that my boyfriends hamburger patty he ordered with his salad came 20 minutes after we finished eating and it was nearly burnt to a crisp. This is my second poor experience at this restaurant and I will not be back for round 3. No wonder it’s so empty. Words of advice– try one of the other restaurants in the plaza.

One star is generous. The only reason we received«service» is because a group with noisy kids came in(whom were helped before us) The server didn’t give us her name so I don’t know who to bitch about. Overall a poorly managed establishment with overpriced food.

Queso dip is excellent, salsa is ok, not at all spicy and leaning toward the bland side. The chicken fingers are awful but the macaroni and cheese is fantastic! The fries are waffle cut, seasoning is fine, but over half were cold, stone cold. I’d go back, but I wouldn’t make a special trip.

The food is decent and their happy hour is pretty good. I suggest one of the burgers or the chicken fried steak… the service is lacking, they’re sweet just not attentive. Every time my husband and I go there the waitresses and bartenders are at one end of the bar chatting it up. I suggest sitting at the bar or the back door next to the patio so you can waive them down a little bit easier. Other than that it’s a good little neighborhood bar.

We’ve been coming here once a week for a couple years. My wife loves the BHS burger. Recently, I boycotted the place because of the choice of beers, domestic, no taste. I gave them another try; and what a pleasant surprise. They now have Spaten, a fine German beer with taste. And they have a new menu with the best fish tacos i have ever had.

Food was over seasoned and service was horrible it takes forever for anyone to approach you then they seem annoyed when you ask for any type of refill(here is an idea if you did your job correctly I wouldn’t have to ask for a refill) my wife got a chicken sandwich and I got a burger it took almost 45 min I’m sure the only reason it took that long was because the had to find a cow and chicken slaughter it then prepare meat with an ungodly amount of seasoning only to under cook it avoid this place all cost just drive the 15 to 20 min and go to DFW tons of great places there

While in town for work, me and co-worker were looking for a chill spot to grab a drink and dinner. The place sits on the corner in an old downtown part of town and is kind of tucked off the main road about half a block. Out of all the places in the area, Dalton’s seemed to have the best crowd, so we ventured in and bellied up to the bar. This place had a great vibe. They had the bar area, a dining area and an outside area with live music. So, something for everyone contingent on what you were in the mood for! The bartenders were friendly and attentive, while the drinks were reasonably priced and stout. A good selection of beer was had as well. Food wise, it is basic bar fare. I got the burger, which are pre-cooked so you can’t request any other temperature other than the prepared medium-well, which was a decent bummer. But, again there was nothing terrible about it, but nothing super special about it either. With the good atmosphere and drinks, friendly service and decent food at Dalton’s I would definitely swing back through if my travels ever take me through Burleson again.

Played bar bingo on a Monday night. The atmosphere is good. The wait staff is friendly. They ran out of the wine a guest was drinking and S’mores bites or they would have got 5 stars. We will return to win a game of Bingo!

I can’t give an opinion on the food as no one approached our table for the longest time and we finally walked out. There was maybe one person sitting at the bar, otherwise the place was empty of patrons. At one point 2 employees even passed our table talking to one another. Maybe, because we were in the corner they didn’t notice us… not. Even when we walked out. no one tried to stop us. Gosh, are we that unpleasant looking??? If so, no one else treats us like that in downtown Burleson.

Have I not posted a review for Dalton’s yet? Where do I begin? Mrs. B and I have been here many times. I really like the brat with the pretzel bun and those waffle fries. So good. They usually have a limited selection of craft beers as well as some ice cold domestics that all go down nice and easy on that large patio. The interior is a great sports bar, too, outfitted with plenty of TVs and kept very nicely air conditioned. Dalton’s serves up some good stuff.

Great place to come and chill. I only went once but they had a live band playing. They were pretty good. My husband went with so all he was set on were the pool tables. They have 3. Not my kinda place to drink and have fun but I have nothing negative to say about the place.

It’s a little hard to review this place. It had a good buzz to it and there were a decent amount of beers available. We were seated outside in the back and I’m not really sure I ever saw a server come out there, but we didn’t stay all that long either. We also didn’t eat so I can’t say anything about their food. Like I said, really hard for me to give a full review. I would like to go back and try the food because the atmosphere was really great and it’s in a good location.

Food could be really excellent, but they need to decide whether they are a bar or a restaurant. Service gets wrapped up in serving alcohol to whose who are there to drink, but forgets to bring food to those who are there to eat. The flow from the front door to the patio area is difficult because people are in the aisles drinking and visiting, so the restaurant scene is a little too erratic. It is a jumping place to visit and drink, but it you’re trying to be a more upscale eating establishment, you need to change up the ambiance and furniture.

Pretty cute little place. Great spot for drinks with the girls! We had sliders, queso-with meat(thanks to Shannon!). I had a yummy fruity drink upon recommendation from our adorable & helpful waitress. We’ll definitely be back! (I’d give it 3 ½, but for some reason it won’t let me. ??)
