No consistency at this location, sometimes prompt and fresh other times. Slow for no reason and cold food. Also NO BABY CHANGING STATION? Plenty of room for one though…

I went through the drive through during my 30 minute lunch break from work thinking I would have plenty of time. I was wrong. I was the only person in line and it took 25 minutes (I counted) to get my food after I ordered. This is unacceptable. On top of that the employees never gave me any type of explanation or apologized for the wait time. I will definitely never be back to this location under this management, this is by far the lousiest staff at any fast food establishment I have ever visited.

Most of the Whataburger’s are good and this one is the same and probably a little above. Been here many times in the last 10 years or so and always clean, food correct (which can be a new experience for some places) and friendly staff.
I keep going back so they must be keeping up the good work.

Kenmore, WA
Stopped in here for breakfast and the service was fast and polite. The hash browns were well cooked and my chicken biscuit was well made, for fast food of course, the dining room was clean and the staff kept the parking lot swept clean as well.
