Excellent sandwich… best in Burleson for a straight up, no nonsense sub. Good service too

My boyfriend and I had never been to a jimmy johns before today and we will certainly not be going back. No selection, mayo and mustard only, they won’t put pickles on your sandwich, the employees are emotionless and dumbfounded, and the sandwich, the sandwich wasn’t terrible, it was bland and boring. I personally have never tried roast beef at a sandwich place so being the picky person I am I asked to try a small piece, that was shot down because everything is «pre prepared» so that was disappointing. After that, since I’m such a picky person and don’t like mustard or mayo (I like miracle whip and ketchup) I asked if they had honey mustard (this is what I do at subway), well the kid gave me a funny look and said «umm, we have Dijon mustard?.?» I told him that’s the opposite of what I want and to just put mayo on it. The only good thing he did with me was offer to put light mayo. My boyfriend asked if they would put a pickle on his sandwich, apparently they can’t do that, doesn’t seem like a really hard thing to do since you did offer to cut it in ¼s, why not be able to put those ¼s on the sandwich. Anyways, we don’t be back and will not recommend this place to anyone.

Today the got my order wrong, the teen got snarky with me and blamed me for their mistake. Sad the customer service is so bad because the sandwiches are great!

My husband, son, and I stopped by last night for a quick dinner. I had never been to Jimmy John’s, and I was excited to try something new.
I ordered the #1. I can’t remember the name, and if you had eaten it, you wouldn’t remember it either. It was THAT forgettable. It wasn’t bad, just not good.
In fact, the only reason this visit will stick out in my mind in any way is because they do not have high chairs. Seriously. This is a chain restaurant and they have no high chairs. When I asked about them, the cashier said she had mentioned it to the owner and the owner’s response was «that would just be one more thing for you to clean». Classy. Way to think of your customers. So my toddler spent the 30 minutes of our dinner time stomping has way back and forth across the bench of our booth. Needless to say, I won’t be back.

They won’t sell you a cup for water, they will charge you full price soda. Usually other places will charge you 25 cents for a larger water cup. So now I have to have a solo cup spilling over in my cup holder. Thanks a lot jimmy Johns…

So glad to have them in Burleson now. Best sandwiches on earth. Will still frequent Fort Worth and other area locations from time to time, but this will be my go to location. Love JJ’s
