Ellison St. Blowdry and Lash Lounge

April has been cutting my hair for as long as I can remember, and thank god for that! She is the haircutting majesty. I have long, curly, thick hair. She knows just how to tame this beast on my head, and gets my hair game on point. She’s super chill and down to earth. Love her and all she does.
Also, recently had my brows waxed by Kendra. I have thick brows and past experiences with waxing (at other places) have left me feeling wax shy. Mostly because everyone waxes like 98% of my brow off and I’m left feeling like less of a person. I told Kendra about my fears and asked her just to help me clean these bad boys up and make me presentable but also keep the thickness. She heard my cries and did exactly what I asked. I couldn’t be happier with how they turned out. What a relief! I’ll definitely be going back to her regularly, now that I found someone I can trust!

Love getting my hair done here by Justin! He’s a magician sweet and really knows how to transform my hair to look fab.

I love this salon! Wonderful customer service, happy, upbeat staff and they get my hair and lashes perfect EVERY time! I’ve never been more satisfied with a salon!

3 stars for the business in general. Nothing particularly special about this location that surpasses «normal» salon expectations/​standards. (Well except my hair stylist haha). A previous review mentioned wine but I’m not sure why.
4 stars because I followed my stylist here when this salon combined with Salon Image & I love my stylist! She’s the best & is always booked so much in advanced so it can be tough getting an appt with her.
I haven’t had any interaction with the other staff members who didn’t come from Salon Image so I can’t speak to them, but the staff I’m normally used to (from Salon Image) are great. They offer a lot of services now but I only come in for a cut.
They offer facials, nail services, extensions, and body waxing. But again can’t speak to those services. It’s located on what seems to be a busy street in burleson so parking can be a little tough, but all parking is free & not reserved so it’s a free for all. (You might get stuck parking around the building.)
