I called tonight and the number has been disconnected. The location seems to be closed. No longer shows on website.

I am new to the area, wanted to try a local pizza place. And as those go it’s a 50 – 50 shot you get something great. For Gambino’s The site is run by some kids with no concept of the customer experience. Avoid this mistake. I’m still looking for great pizza in Burleson. On the bright side the food was average.

Delivered 80 minutes after ordering. Cold. Frozen pizza quality for $ 24. Never again. Reminds me of Cici’s buffet pizza, only cold.

This place used to be great. Lunch buffet, good service, good food… not anymore. Buffet is gone, the guy that was covering the place today must have been sleeping. Tea not made, ice machine not stocked(automatic type… broken) I stopped here right after the original owners sold and it was terrible. Food was subpar as well as the service. Stopped today in hopes that maybe the new owner(s) got their game together. No such luck.

PIzza is great… customer service is bad! pros: The pizza was the best so far we have found for a local pizza joint! The atmosphere had the potential to be great(if it was taken care of) Cons: No tea(no one even made the effort to make some, even after several people requested it) No Root beer, syrup was out on the Dr. Pepper and the coke was flat No ice and no attempt to refill the ice until we asked the manager to do so and fix the Dr. Pepper. The restrooms were dirty and had no paper towels. Both the men’s and women’s Everytime we saw one of their employees they were on their cell phone Overall, the pizza is what saved it for them. I would go back but order take out instead of dinning in. This place was clearly ran by a bunch of young kids, who defiantly lack time management skills.

Best pizza hands down. Place is nice and clean, owner was really nice to my fiancé and I. We ordered two large pizzas, 1 hamburger, 1 – 0.5 pineapple/0.5 green peppers with hand tossed crust. Didn’t have to wait long and they weren’t greasy like Pizza Hut, so I’d say a much better option. Great specials, definitely not getting pizza from other places from now on.

Good pizza at good price but bad customer service. Also went during the week and they had no buffet for no reason.

Other than veggie or cheese pizza, NO vegetarian options. No pasta or sandwich choices. Most Italian places have at least a couple(ex Pasta Primavera, Eggplant Parmesan, etc).

We were really bummed when Mama’s pizza in Burleson closed, and while nothing will replace it Gambinos did a great job of filling that pizza shaped hole in our heart/stomach. It’s delicious and I love the way they did the crust– not too much of it– just the right crispyness. It’s much better than a dominoes or papa johns, and they delivered to us very quickly while the pizza was still hot! New favorite pizza place!

Sorry, my search for good locally made pizza will have to continue. I tried this place right after they first opened years ago and received mushrooms out of can.(yuck!). I decided to give them another try when Mamas closed down and the pizza is really not good at all. The sauce is terrible. The search continues…

3rd strike and Gambino’s is outta here for me and my family. The pizza is mediocre, but even worse is the rude behavior I’ve experienced 3 times now. They have a recording on the phone line, and you can bypass the recording by pressing any key. First of all, I think recordings are the epitome of rude behavior by restaurants because it tells me they are too busy to provide personal service. Secondly, if you place an order and don’t mention that it’s part of the«special», they will charge you full price. I recently ordered a large 3 topping pizza and when I went pick it up, it rang up at $ 17 or so. I had a puzzled look, and the cashier said, «oh well, you have to tell me when it’s a special.» That is the 2nd time that particular scenario happened so it was strike 1 and strike 3. The 2nd strike happened when I ordered a medium pizza, but went to pick it up, it costs more than one of the«specials». WHen I mentioned this to the cashier, she said, «Well, if you would have listened to the recording, you would have known what our specials were.» I’m done with Gambino’s! Burleson has way too many other pizza places to offer where I don’t have to endure this type of behavior.

Simple, but excellent salad bar! The pizza is fresh and hot. The nice lady at the cash register always calls me «honey» or «baby». She will also make your buffet pizza to order then bring it out to you fresh from the oven. The sweet tea is perfect! Not a lot of seating and it gets crowded if you are stuck with a table instead of a booth. For $ 7.50 each for a buffet including drinks, it’s a great value! Highly recommend.

I’m not a fan of their sauce. It’s very spicy. But, I’m the only one in my family who doesn’t rave about their pizza. I’d give them 5 stars if it weren’t for the sauce. My son and I went on once at the end of the buffet time and the woman working there gave my son the remaining dessert to take with him and several pieces of remaining pizza. He’s 13 and a human garbage can, so it was a very appreciated act! Salad bar is great, like other reviewers mention. The toppings are fresh and plentiful. The crust is great.

Love Gambinos. There is a hispanic lady there who is super friendly and keeps the high school employees working and smiling. Also like how much the owners give back to the community(mostly the high school sports programs). Food is pretty good, we always get it to go and it’s ready when they say it will be, hot and fresh and made to order.

Man, we ate here last night. I had no idea this place was here. Very good pizza, some of the best I have had in a long time. Not greasy and the toppings were plentiful and fresh. The servers and owners were very nice. I want to go check out the buffet too. great place
