The one on Sycamore School Road in Fort Worth is at least as bad. The people working there don’t care about the customers. I think they just want them to go away. And they will. There are never many people there, but it still takes at least 20 minutes for a very unpleasant person to condescend to wait on you. This location would be better if it just closed.

I can’t believe in this day and age that there is such poor customer service. Seems like everyone in this entire store has a bad day every day. Really is it that difficult to show up with a good attitude? Management in this store really needs to start all over from the top. I can’t believe how bad this is… and slowwwww too.

Ok, it’s a pharmacy. But seriously it should not take so long to pick up a previously dropped off prescription. 4 people working behind the counter eating candy and drinking soda, and no one greeted me or said anything.
It just took far too long.
The red box outside is always fully stocked and great selections.
