Taco Bueno

This is the nastiest Taco Bueno I have ever been in! The tables are all filthy and it was only 10am when we got here! The bathroom had toilet paper all over the floor and the sink & toilet look like they have never been cleaned ! I don’t even want to think how the kitchen looks and what I ate!

I have eaten at a lot of Taco Bueno restaurants and I usually like their food very much. However, this particular restaurant was an exception. Our meal was truly awful.
— Tea was about half strength or less, it had no flavor whatsoever
— Tortillas were rubbery and inedible
— Fajita meat on the skillet fajitas looked and tasted like it had been boiled instead of grilled
— Beans were runny and flavorless
The people next to us said the same thing, they usually like Taco Bueno but their meal was bad. The floor of the restaurant was also sticky with spilled drinks and needed to be cleaned. I hope this is not an example of how all their restaurants are, what a disappointment if this is the case. We wasted $ 23.

Very yummy fast food always clean. We had a server named Peyton who was so nice and helpful.

Out of the fast food «mexican» places within a reasonable drive, this is my primary pick. Pretty much your average Taco Bueno, but since I come around once a week late at night the staff seems to know me as the person with the spouse who hates veggies, and they always get the special requests right.
Do be advised that when you pull up to the drive thru speaker the guy saying «Welcome to Taco Bueno, would you like to try [insert current promotion]? –long pause– I will be happy to take your order when you are ready.» is a recording they have the manager make, I asked him once when I sat there in the rain after placing a long order and hearing nothing in return. He said he was in the box freezer and couldn’t hear me.
But over all Taco Bueno is better than nearby fastaco, taco casa, and taco cabana, and is way way better than taco bell across the street. Low prices mean I can pick up an extra taco each time to fatten myself up, because I think I have a dependency problem with their food.

For a healthier quick stop place this establishment out weighs the Late night crave.
Vegetarian Black bean burrito and tortilla soup. Decent.
Hot sauce is similar to tomato sauce but hey, they tried.

Decent. Cheap. Assuming it’s healthier than 4^th Meal.
«Hot Sauce» is a joke. If you want some spice you better have something at home in the fridge.

ONCE UPON A TIME there once was a boy who was very happy most of the time. His life was almost completely complete. He could sense however, that there were two things that were missing from his life, but he didn’t know what they were. One day, his family took him to a Taco Bueno. The boy had never had Mexican food, and was mesmerized by all the exotic sounding names of the dishes. He asked about the Muchaco, and it sounded delicious, so he ordered it.
