Rosa’s is ok. They’re busy and pretty speedy. Good salsa bar. I’d say it’s a step above Taco Bell but not anywhere near the best Tex-Mex I’ve ever had. I got a burrito dinner which was pretty underwhelming. A burrito with beef(not very flavorful and overcooked) and onions, topped with some kind of red chili sauce and a glob of queso. Refried beans and rice came with it as well with some shredded lettuce and diced tomato. I was just looking to get some food before catching a flight, though, so it suited my purpose. It was cheap, quick, and filling, but I won’t go back.

Love this place. Staff has always been friendly. I have a nut allergy and when I informed the manager she was nice enough to print off all their allergy warnings for me. Great place!

Taco Tuesday is the best, you can’t beat it for a quick, tasty and inexpensive meal! You do have to be careful when going through the drive thru, be sure to check your order before driving off. A few times they’ve left out things and I’ve had to go back.

So I absolutely love Rosa’s Café. 5 Star rating because of their CONSISTENTLYGREATFOOD&SERVICE. I have literally not had a bad experience at any locations. They have an awesome Taco Tuesday Special; 3 tacos with rice, beans, and tortillas. I forget the price but that’s irrelevant here, you GETMORETHANYOUPAYFOR. You can get tacos hard or soft, chicken/beef/vegetarian(I believe pork as well but I never have). I don’t like soft tacos, in general, so I always get hard tacos. The meat here is seasoned so well and of decent quality. I almost always order all chicken tacos cause it’s SUCHGOODSHREDDEDCHICKEN. Their Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas are JUSTASAMAZING! I don’t know that I have ever had any enchiladas that surpasses this place, not even at the more expensive Tex Mex restaurants. You get two in an order with rice, beans, and tortillas as well. SERIOUSLY, YOU’VEGOTTOTRYTHEM. They have a CONDIMENTBAR, which I also LOVE! They have three different types of red salsa, pico de gallo, cilantro, onions, limes, and salad dressings(for the salads duh). I believe there is also butter, for those that eat butter with tortillas plain. They also have sodas and teas nearby. They sell beer and margaritas that you order at the counter when initially placing your order. They also have a few cake slices; chocolate and carrot are the ones I’ve seen. They also have SOPIPALLAS which are AMAZINGWHENEATENWITHHONEY. They make them fresh and so it comes out nice and warm to melt the honey. They also make the TORTILLASFRESHINHOUSE, & you can watch them being made. Literally have nothing bad to say about any Rosa’s Cafes. JUSTGOANDTRYFORYOURSELF!

They got our order completely wrong we ordered and she told us the price but didn’t repeat the order back, she somehow managed to add chocolate cake to the order and we did ask for it… They made a lot of mistakes and we asked for no jalapeños on the nachos but there were some on there. It was frustrating and we did not get a refund for the mistakes.

Went to try for the first time… ordered fajitas but kindly asked them to do veggie fajitas. Just grilled veggies and no meat. The girl behind the counter told me she didn’t know how to put that in the computer. After she tried several times she said she couldn’t rig that up. I suggested she may ask her manager how go ring it up. The manager came over and said they could give me a small plastic container(like for ketchup) full of veggies. I again explained that I would pay for regular fajitas just please don’t add the meat. I just wanted veggies and the fixins. They were adamant that it could not be done. Needless to say we left and went somewhere else. Still so confused why that was so difficult. :0/

I’d never heard of this place before until my niece and nephew invited us to go along with them for Taco Tuesday one night. It was cheap and you got a lot of it for around $ 5.00(cheaper if you just have water with your meal instead of a Coke). The taco platter comes with three soft or crunchy tacos(I’m not sure if you can mix them when you order so that you come up with 2 crunchy, 1 soft or not… haven’t needed to ask). And you get your choice between chicken or beef and flour or corn tortillas I think. Pretty sure you can’t mix those, either, because. honestly… who’d want beef and chicken tacos at the same time? The platter also has Spanish rice, re-fried beans with two tortilla chips on top of it and a couple of tortillas on the side. If you want more than 2 tortilla chips, you actually have to order them when you order your meal. They’re not free, which is why I’ve got 4 stars for them instead of 5. You want that fifth star, Rosa… you better start bringing around baskets of tortilla chips to all of the tables! But… that’s not gonna’ happen. Still, it’s a pretty good place to eat on Tuesday nights. Just don’t expect to be able to sit with your whole group due to their standing-room-only dining area. If you can find two empty tables next to each other that you can move together so everyone with you can dine and chat together, do it! It’ll probably be your only chance to do that… like… ever. :)

Great Cheap Fast Mexican Food. I usually go here and get the tamale dinner with queso on top and double beans instead of rice. My spouse gets a little bit of everything and likes it all. It is quick service and on the cheap side, so the food isn’t fancy gourmet, but it is definitely above the other Mexican drive thru places in town. Their drive thru is open late. Friendly staff. If you are expecting scratch made authentic gourmet Mexican food, try an actual sit down place. But this definitely satisfies cravings. They serve alcohol and have desserts as well.

The food would compete well with traditional Tex-Mex restaurants with waitstaff, hostesses, and high-quality trappings, but this restaurant eliminates those things and passes the savings to the customer. You can find everything you might want on the menu, the salsa bar is huge, they have a wide drink selection with free refills, and part of the business is a small tortilla factory. Kids love watching the fresh tortillas churn-out. The noise level is a little high in the main dining room, but there is a secondary dining room that is quieter. Décor is vibrant and… ethnocentric. Cool spot, good food, great prices!

Good Mexican food to go. Never disappointed. I usually get the fajita plate. Pretty decent portion for about $ 10. Chicken enchiladas are also good. Tip: Taco Tuesday. Three tacos, rice, beans, $ 3.

I recently moved here from central Texas and I’ve been to about 10(mexican)restaurants and so far this is the best mexican food my fammily has eaten. Definitely 10 times better than taco cabana the cabana is just disgusting. Also try the chocolate cake it’s awesome!

I only went here because it’s close to work and I really wanted Mexican food for lunch today. My co-workers eat there all the time & said it is just like Taco Cabana… Wrong! I ordered the taco plate with chicken soft tacos. It came with 3 chicken soft tacos with cheese, lettuce and tomato on them, rice, what looked like reconstituted refried brands and two more tortillas(as if you didn’t get enough flour and lard with the 3 other tortillas you just ate). This just reinforces my idea that people up north don’t really know what Mexican food is. I mean, it’s fast food, but Taco C still wins.

We usually stop at Rosa’s every Sunday after church. Im a big fan of all of their chicken dishes and the beef nachos. I love the condiment bar were they have several types of salsa and the usual jalapenos, tomatoes, onions, etc. Today I had fajita beef nachos. The meat has a nice smokey flavor but it was a little tough. I prefer either the taco meat or chicken. Fast food without the fast food taste.
