I lived here for 2 years and loved every minute of it! The kitchens in these apartments are friggin HUGE! There is a washer and dryer on every floor as well as a trash chute. The building also has an elevator. Out front there is a patio area with table and chairs set up and even 2 built in BBQ pits for community use. All of the tenants are respectful and quiet, and the rent is very low for the Burlingame area. Anytime I ever had a problem with the apartment, it was fixed within 24 hours. The only downside is that this is an older building so the walls are definitely thin, but everyone is deeply respectful of that. I’d live here again in a heartbeat!
