Charming, great location, but poor upkeep. Windows have not been washed in at least 5 years, kitchen tile has disintegrated before my eyes.

If you are looking for charm and an awesome location, The Château is perfect. The rooms are spacious and the 11 foot ceilings and nearly floor to ceiling windows make the apartments bright and welcoming. The building is vintage (as are the bathrooms and kitchens) but that is part of the charm. We moved to Burlingame just a year ago and looked at tons of mediocre places before we discovered this gem. An amazing resident manager lives on location so an issues get handled in a flash. Folks are friendly and there is a nice mix of ages. All in all a charming place!

Just adding this to update previous star rating. Building has new landlord who has upgraded building and is attentive.
