Jonnie rocks! Such a great experience I cannot recommend enough.
Drives to your place! Super convenient! On time, brought the kits, walked us through all the steps in a few hours, followed up with a call to check in. Excellent instructor and well paced class. Clear and specific when called for in recipes and educational showing recipe variations with different ingredients. Very good introduction and a skill I will work to perfect over the coming years. Highly recommended!

This was my first time brewing beer and my beer turned out awesome! Jonnie was very knowledgeable and friendly,. The class was well thought out and all of the supplies were first rate! The use of induction hotplates to brew the beer is great because they are really fast at heating and have no risk of fire. I would absolutely recommend this class to anyone who has an interest in brewing their own beer. Everyone who’s tried my beer so far, is digging it. If you want to learn to brew awesome beer, look no further, this is the place!
