Austin came to my house in Sacramento on his way home from the mountains. He fixed my 12 years old Pasquini Livia 90. He gave my husband and me lessons on fine-tuning our espresso making. Great customer service! His espresso roast beans are the best!

Need more coffee as the morning cup didn’t do the job for me today. Need for caffeine. Went over to this place to grab some joe and get out of the office. Stayed a little to drink and catch up on some email without being bothered. The staff is nice and the place is clean. Not very noisy if you want to work in a quiet place. Coffee is decent and not as expensive as some other coffee joints Very enjoyable experience.

I was on the market for a home espresso machine and grinder that is higher end than the ones I could find at Starbucks or in a department store. I told Austin, the owner, what I was looking for and in a matter 24-hours, he found the perfect Livia 90 by Pasquini that met my needs. I have the machine and a Mazzer grinder running in my kitchen almost all the time and love it. Aside from having a great machine, Austin also gave me very detailed information on how to use and maintain the machine. I’ve since called him a couple times to ask questions and he’s been nothing but professional and prompt in replying with exactly what I needed. He also shipped everything to me as I live outside of the Bay Area. Thanks Austin! Cappuccinos on me!

I called Austin few months ago to ask him about the possibility of converting my La Marzocco GS3 espresso machine’s grouphead to the brand new La Strada pressure manual profiling one. It took La Marzocco almost two months(not their fault) to get all the required parts from Italy and they finally shipped them to me in December. Austin came to my home and in a matter of two hours he completed the conversion. There was a final adjustment that needed to be done, and that is when the micro switch that controls the pump went bad. We both could not believe our bad luck… I told him that accidents do happen and not to worry, I will call La Marzocco USA and order the part. He told me to do so, but he would also try to find this part and try to complete the conversion prior to Christmas. He knew that we would have our friends over for a holiday dinner and he was dissapointed that they would not have the opportunity to taste great espresso after dinner. He surprised me with a call on Christmas Eve letting me know that he was able to find the part in Petaluma. He DROVE there(from Burlingame) for over an hour to get the part, then he came directly to my house and installed it. This is beyond the call of any duty when it comes to a service provider. Austin has earned the BEST service provider for the entire year in my list. He is not only highly recommended because of his honesty, but his knowledge and attention to detail. My GS3 is now a new machine because of Austin. THANKYOU very much for the great work, professionalism and dedication. If you have any issues with your espresso machine, Austin is your person. Pasquini was leaking, little to no maintenance after 7 yrs. Austin picked it up, performed some service magic, and had it back in less than a week. Now running great, like new. Knowledgeable, friendly guy. I’ll be repeat customer.

I was having a party and our high-end fancy espresso machine broke down that morning.
