I was here on a Thursday evening. Very prompt and attentive service!!! Peaceful ambience. I love that they plate the pineapple fried rice in an actual pineapple.

Not impressed anymore… went in for the simplest order ever. I was pressed for time, but was very clear. I had to go back to the restaurant because the order was incorrect. They didn’t bother to fix the order if I didn’t pay more. Garden rolls WITHOUT shrimp were already overpriced to begin with and now wow, really. I paid $ 11 for rice wrap, carrots and side of rice. So glad I didn’t tip this dingdong(!), I felt like she was going to mess up my order… I usually do tip. I’ve been here countless times. They’re not typically known for crap best customer service+price gouging, but this is a game changer for me. Super disappointed. Not going back. PS: Check out the prices for rolls across the street at Tea Noodle House: 5. Crispy Imperial Rolls $ 6.75 (Pork meat, mushrooms, carrots and taro wrapped in rice paper, deep fried and served with fish sauce) 6. Vietnamese Shrimp Rolls $ 6.75 (Steamed prawns, lettuce, mint leaves and rice vermicelli wrapped in rice paper. Served with crushed peanuts and chili in hoisin caramelized dipping sauce)

We have come this place more than 7+ years but everything has changed. 1. Food suck not the same old place. I m sure they just cooked from microwave, my Mom can tell. 2. Slow, slow and slow! even only 2 table with 6 clients in the restaurant on friday. Showing you?, the business, doing no good anymore. 3. Cocktail? You must not order. Drink water better. 4. Boring place, no body there, not the same old location. Hello… everybody there? 5. The lady owner, her name s pooky or cooky? She is not happy person, bad attitude. The food was wrong order instead of giving us a new dish but not. She is not pretty too. 6. Customer services bad 7. Thai ice tea taste like water with ice and add tea favous. 8. One star give it to them because water and ice, didn’t charge us 9 expensive food but bad quality 10 wine glass has a lip stick mark on a glass. Gross 11. If you want real thai food go, check SF 12 appetizers cook from microwave 13. Don’t come back again.

Had the Pad Thai with beef, medium spicy. The noodles were the thin style that I like and were cooked perfectly. I like when it still has a little bite without being too rubbery. Their pad thai is a little strong on the fish sauce. Just an FYI. I prefer it to be a little less fishy but it was still very good. I like that the tofu is more on the medium firmness level instead of the usual hard tofu you get. Service was friendly. Thai iced tea was forgettable.

My Thai wife enjoys this place a lot more than I do. While I appreciate the expanded menu of things that aren’t common in most Thai restaurants, I just find this place way too expensive for what it is. For the price they certainly can«up» the portion size a bit. The service varies a bit. It is usually fantastic, but there is one waiter the very last time I came here that completely got on my nerves. It was like he was«hamming up» his service waaaaay too much like a show. The truth is too, that this place is definitely catering to «farang» tastes. The Papaya Salad I ordered I could tell was definitely lacking fish sauce completely. Don’t even bother with the Roti — you’re going to blow $ 10 and get barely a few bites. The other thing that annoyed me was that I was never charged before for a tea refill here, but the last time I came here I was — and it made the(all non alcoholic) drink charge for two people $ 10 already. Really guys? Any of the reviewers who are giving it 5 stars and then claiming the bad reviews don’t know what they are talking about — please. I’ve been to Thailand half a dozen times, I have extended family there, and my wife has lived there all her life until we were married — the food is subpar. Really the only reason we go here is they have fish prepared in the Thai style that is very difficult to get outside of SF. If it weren’t for that, I’d never come here. Siam Spoon in SSF does it better for under $ 10 a dish, no joke.

3.5 stars, at least. Excellent Papaya salad made non-sweet and very spicy as requested. Very close to what you’d get in the streets of Bangkok. The special beef salad is quite surprising, the beef slices are marinated and come in thick generous slices. This was my first time to experience this seasoning taste. a mix of fusion and traditional Asian taste. There was a lot of light sauce in the dish perfectly seasoning the salad. Interesting. A little disappointed by the fresh spring roll, the rice wrap was a little hard/dry, like if it had been made couple of hours before serving. They have a nice selection of beers on tap. They have outdoor/patio seating. Friendly staff!

More like coconut fail. OMG, this roti with curry cost me a whopping $ 10! Came in wanting thai food, and ordered their green curry and roti and with tax and tip it was $ 25! For what? A small thai dish that I could have gotten at the mall for cheaper that wouldn’t be as watery and have more ingredients, that’s what. Oh, and a lukewarm roti with no curry sauce. You seriously want to charge me $ 3 for some dipping sauce? Um, no. But they did and I finally added it to my roti.
