I can’t say how much I appreciate the patience and attention to detail that Jonathan had in to testing my 5 years old niece. I really can’t recommend him high. He is so nice and definitely know how to make kids feel comfortable, smile and keep cool thought the whole process. He is AWESOME and very generous and professional in his field. He is really there to help people to hear better and find problems. Strongly recommend him to anybody.

After years of procrastination, I finally got custom earplugs made and I am so glad I did. I see a lot of live music and I was really starting to worry about damaging my hearing (and as a musician, that’s really not a great idea). The plugs Jonathan made for me sound great and are super comfortable and actually really block out the sound of people talking around you at shows so all you hear is the music. Jonathan is a super cool guy, he walked me through the whole process, tested my hearing, got the plugs made exactly the way I wanted, and when I tried them out and had a small issue with one of them, he had a second set made that were 100% perfect — for no charge. Its great to work with someone who really cares about making sure you get exactly what you need and is willing to go the extra mile to make it happen. This is a small office and people are friendly… and its convenient to bart AND an amazing sandwich shop. I was so happy with my plugs that my husband decided to get a set too… and I’m recommending the same to my friends.

I got some custom headphones made here. They are AWESOME. I brought in my existing in-​ear headphones, and they made molds of my ear and sent in the headphones to this company which makes earplugs. A couple weeks later, I had custom earplugs which are compatible with my headphones. Since this was an unusual request, Jonathan took care to make sure everything went smoothly, and that they sounded good when I got them. I’m writing this review because a co-​worker wants to get some now and I had to look up the location of the office again, so I thought I’d write about them now that I have had them for a few months.
