I don’t even know where to start. There was so much that words can’t describe. Amazing job. Nelya created for us one of the most unforgettable day and not for us only, but also for our families and guests as well. It was incredibly beautiful wedding. when we met Nelya we went over what we want, and she right away told us her suggestions and how it can be. She was so professional and so helpful that now I can’t even imagine how I would be able to do this all without her. She always had these big and amazing ideas and always wanted the best and more … Decorations of our wedding was more than just a a wonderland world. She has really good connections with music, food, lightning, cake. Don’t be afraid to ask her. One of teh best suggestions is that you should definitely let her to work with lightning, she knows better how it all should be. I will post pictures of our tables and my bouquet and of our loving Chuppah. You must see, i can’t describe well how incredibly beautiful it was .
What I love about her the most is that even at the wedding day when I was stressed out and forgot to bring or do a lot of little things she would take it over right away to make sure I am relaxed and happy. She was not only a of professional person, but she also was there for me as of good friend.

My mother’s 65^th birthday was coming up and I wanted to surprise her with a stunning bouquet of 65 roses. As a procrastinator I waited a day before her birthday!
I called the flower shop and within a few hours they were able to put together a gorgeous and lasting arrangement! My mom woke up the next day to a gorgeous and fragrant bouquet of Ecuadorian roses! She loved them!
Also the store was very accommodating in bringing flowers to my car and securely placing it as the vase and flowers were very heavy!

I placed an online order for same day delivery. Karen called me to let me know they didn’t have the exact flowers in the arrangement pictured online. She asked my preferences, put an arrangement together & texted me a picture to make sure I liked it. It was beautiful!

Completely blown away with this place!!! Found this place on Unilocal and I seriously couldn’t have been more satisfied!!! I couldn’t make it to my sisters birthday and she happens to live in burlingame, jumped online and found this place. Spoke to a lady named Nelya over the phone, told her I needed something for my sister. Told her my budget was $ 100 with delivery included, she told me not to worry that she will be able to make a beautiful arrange that would fit my budget. My sister isn’t an easy person to please so when I got a call from her thanking me for the ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL arrangement she received I knew that it must have been something special. Then I saw a picture of the and saw exactly why my sister was so happy. I will definitely be using this place again, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I’m a bit tardy posting this review. Nelya created an amazing floral arrangement for my wife for Mother’s Day. I never realized a flower arrangement could look so beautiful. It’s a true work of art. She was thoughtful about understanding our house, where we intended to place it, my wife’s taste, etc. She used beautiful driftwood and orchids.
Nelya also is an absolutely delightful person to work with. Her passion for her work is absolutely authentic and contagious. Buying this arrangement put me in a great mood for the rest of the day. She has a new customer for life…

I got the flowers for my baby’s 1^st birthday from Nelya. I didn’t say anything specific, just wanted a nice & rich flower bouquets as a centerpieces. The flowers Nelya made were very beautiful, that was exactly what we needed. Very satisfied with the servise and we’ll definitely use them again!

Finally an amazing and beautiful flower shop and event planner in Burlingame! The owner, Nelya, is extremely talented, beyond creative, and very pleasant to work with. FloralArt + Décor is my go-​to place for arrangements, bouquets and party planning. Nelya never ceases to amaze me with her designs and creativity! And, shall I add very reasonably in price as well! Additionally, her flowers are always the best quality~ My husband gave me a bouquet from FloralArt on my birthday and the roses beautifully bloomed and lasted for almost two weeks.
Nelya was also my planner and florist for my wedding! She worked very closely with me every step of the way and made our dream wedding come true. I could not have asked for a better person and talent to be by our side!

Nelya is a phenomenal artist with flowers. She was our florist for our wedding and the flowers were spectacular. She loves to collaborate with you and is very creative. She doesn’t like to do things that you see everyday, which makes your event that much more personal, unique, and truly stand out. I highly recommend working with her. I absolutely loved my bridal bouquet and how she incorporated my maternal grandmother’s brooches. She passed away many years ago and having her brooches in my bouquet was very important to me. Neyla put them in with such style that it was truly beyond gorgeous. Our huge crystal tree with red orchid centerpieces were AMAZING and we also had two different centerpieces for the parent’s of the bride/​groom tables that were BEYOND incredible. Her use of orchids is truly magnificent. In fact, this year for mother’s day I asked her for a last minute unique bouquet and instead of the usual roses with babies breath thing that you see everywhere — even walgreens… she came out with the most gorgeous electric purple orchids from thailand in a beautiful glass and mirror vase — beyond amazing and unique. Those would definitely be the right words to use for her. :) Her arrangements are so amazing and unique — she is truly an artist and her medium is flowers.

There aren’t enough words to explain how much this flower shop offers. Anywhere from exquisite flowers to the best event planning in the Bay Area. I have been going to floral art and décor for all of my event needs. There is no other flower shop in the Bay Area that has such awesome quality flowers and arrangements. The last bouquet I purchased from here, was absolutely above and beyond, the workers here gave me something I would never except and the turnout was amazing. I also ordered a corsage and boutonnière for my last prom, Nelya (the owner) satisfied all of my needs and worked with me although I asked for a lot of detail on it. If you need an awesome bouquet of flowers or even an event for an important occasion, I strongly recommend you come to floral art and décor!

You MUST use this place if you need beautiful flowers and exceptional customer service. I was so impressed. Not only did she go above and beyond what I asked for, she kept me in the loop throughout the entire process. She sent a picture of the flowers to my phone so I could see the final product before it went out. She also followed up to make sure my girlfriend enjoyed them.
The flowers looked so amazing in the picture, but when it came to our place I was even more blown away by what I saw. It was gorgeous. I’m not even a flower guy and this arrangement took my breath way. Needless to say, my girlfriend’s face lit up and it made her day!

This florist is amazing! I was in a last minute bind to find some flowers for my trade show booth. I called and they delivered the flowers within 20 minutes. The flowers are orchids and BEAUTIFUL!!! The exhibit hall isn’t even open yet and I have already gotten multiple compliments. Thank you for making my booth stand out! I highly recommend!

Best new find in Burlingame! Nelly is incredible. She helped me put together a beautiful table scape for my dinner party at an unbelievable price. Said she is always willing to work with my budget. Her designs always add a special touch!

I highly recommend FloralArt and Décor if you want beautiful flower centerpieces for an event. They helped come up with a creative way to stay within our budget and still create a 5 star atmosphere for our guests. The vases were high quality and the roses they used were in perfect bloom on all 25 tables and even lasted a week after the event and so our guests who took them home are still enjoying them. We will definately use them again for anything we need flowers for. Thank you to Nelya and her team for helping to create a worry free and wonderful evening.
