i received an early morning phone call asking me to please please please get the flowers for a party tomorrow please(with lots of emojis) and came here to order them. i’m so impressed. i wanted something springlike that smelled amazing, and that’s what i got; the colors are beautiful, it does indeed smell amazing, and looks lush and professional. the new owner was wonderful to work with, and seemed so interested in the process, as well as the other people who work there; enthusiastic, funny, and charming. it’s now going to be my go-to place

I just wanted to say THANKYOU for delivering my order so quickly today! I swear I placed the order and received a «thank you» from the recipient within 2 hours. NICEJOB! And she said the arrangement was beautiful. :) I’m so glad I chose a local florist for this, I love finding these hidden gems.

This is by far the best experience I’ve had with a florist. I wanted to do a same day delivery but missed the cutoff by a few minutes because I took too long writing the card. However, Sam on chat support was able to alter the order since the cutoff was only a few minutes AND their delivery person(I wish I had gotten your name so I can know who to thank!) rushed the flowers over to my girlfriend after I received a call from my girlfriend that they might close early for the night. The flowers did not even look rushed! They were beautiful and my girlfriend loved them! Thank you to everyone who was a part of my order! You all went above and beyond superior customer service!

Used to love this place, but have experienced a big shift in quality and service with my last order. I’ll say up front that I did get the delivery fee of $ 8 refunded, but did not get a response at all to the final outcome. Here’s what happened: Ordered flowers for a colleague in San Jose to be delivered to her home the day of her surgery. They were delivered a day late. Pavilion of Flowers needed to outsource to a florist in San Jose, and they dropped the ball. I get it. But I find it strange that there’s no follow-up once they pass the order on to someone else to fill. The final product that was delivered was significantly smaller than what was shown on the website. I upgraded to the deluxe arrangement, and what was delivered was smaller than even the regular arrangement on the website. Very disappointing, and based on other reviews, not an isolated occurrence. I emailed them right away with pictures to show them, and never received a response. Radio silence. It’s too bad. I really would like to support my local businesses, but I have no confidence in the quality or timeliness of what would be delivered.

I love this place! Pavilion of Flowers does all of our company flower arrangements which always come out really nice! I decided to go with them for a friend’s flower arrangement for her birthday. I had so many ideas but finally nailed one down and went with a Gwen Stefani theme. I asked for red, white and black flowers and a striped black and white ribbon as well as adding a splash of purple since that’s my best friend’s favorite color. I was amazed with what they came up with! When my friend received the flowers, she was so happy and felt special(Gwen is her absolute favorite celebrity). She gushed about how gorgeous they were and how she’s never received such nice flowers. Monika and her team are awesome. Will definitely use them for all my future flower needs. :D

This shop, which changed hands, supplied my wedding needs, and most recently, an arrangement from my husband for my birthday. In thirty years, I have never been disappointed. Cindy does an amazing job. The arrangements are beautiful.

Gave this place a second chance even if we got ugly flowers for the corsage last year. We wanna support the community businesses. Ordered a wrist corsage for my son’s prom date again. I requested for 2 different ribbons, lady said $ 1 extra, so i paid it. Corsage was picked up by my son, only 1 kind of ribbon was put. Then the orchids that were used, you can tell were not the freshest. And as soon as my son put it on his date’s wrist, petals started falling off, really embarrassing. I can’t believe i paid $ 25.00 to have my son get embarrassed by this stupid florist… DON’T COMEHERE… GOSUPPORTANOTHERFLORIST.

I really like this florist. On December 23rd of last year, I came into the store at the end of the day, like, literally with only 30 minutes left before closing. I wanted a wreath, but they were sold out for the day. The owner made such a nice swag, I think it is called, with pine branches, with pine cones she sprayed gold that moment for me, with a wonderful ribbon and other vegetation, I was a hit at my family’s holiday party. And the price, so reasonable. I think it ended up being $ 40. For a last minute Xmas gift, I felt like I got off lucky! Same with this week, my daughter ordered on Tuesday a corsage and boutonnière, and on Saturday, they turned out so lovely. I am putting the pictures here. The two together were only $ 32 and that’s including tax. The pictures are attached here. I couldn’t have been happier. And my daughter and her dance partner were delighted as well.

Ordered flowers for Valentine’s day over the phone. Service was friendly and accommodating. There was an additional fee for delivery on top of taxes added on to the website price(which were already higher than usual because of V-day). Flowers were lovely and fresh but arrangement seemed quite a bit smaller than shown from website«As Shown» photo. A co-worker ordered flowers from Freemont Pavilion of Flowers and felt the same way — items appear fuller and larger on website photos than actual. Overall, lovely arrangements, friendly service but pretty darn pricy for what you get.

WE want to support local business and I have given this place 3 good opportunities to do just that. Unfortunately I cannot recommend that you spend money here unless you lower your expectations. Cindy is very nice however, I have spent money and others have sent me flowers from there and it’s OK at best. I got a dozen red roses from my beloved and they were tired and 1⁄3 open when the were delivered. Day#2 they are tired and wilting. For $ 75 or more that is not good. I sent an arrangement to a funeral in another location thru the Pavilion and the arrangement translation was AWFUL and another $ 75 worth. I also received a sympathy arrangement that was just depressing so I took it apart and salvaged what I could. I want to endorse local shops and I can’t. Sorry on this one. Go to Safeway or Fresh and EASY and get a grocery store version. Much much better value and look. Sorry Cindy. The roses my partner bought were just too tired and that was the end of my support.

I have been getting flowers for our annual father daughter dance here for years, but this last time was over the top happy with the work they provided me with. I brought in my brand new daughter(5 weeks old) and told them that in addition to the 4 other corsages and 2 boutonnière I would like a very tiny something for my new baby to wear for pictures. They made the cutest tiniest wrist corsage. She made the wrist with a soft wire so I could take it on and off very easily and it was just perfect. They used the same technique for my older daughter and she was much more comfortable that the standard elastic band. Anyway the point was they listened to my request and went above and beyond my expectations. and I love the sparkle spray. THANKS!

This is a great place to get your flowers or little gift items. They always deliver very nice arrangements and are easy to work with.

If you know me at all you know that I am totally in to supporting small local businesses, so I’m predisposed to like places like this… but…yeah. Unfortunately I’ve been to a lot of funerals lately, ergo, I’ve ordered or helped to order a lot of flowers lately. Two of those arrangements were from the Pavilion of Flowers, and I was disappointed in them both. One in particular, for my aunt’s funeral was just not worth the $ 160 or so that was paid for it. The arrangement looked lopsided and a bit sparse, and no, it was not supposed to be asymmetrical, it was lopsided. Frankly I was a bit embarrassed by it, which is unfortunate to say the least. The second just looked cheap, like something I could have gotten at the grocery store. Again, less than thrilling. Honestly this place is not terrible, I’ve gotten a few other things here over the years, I’ll probably give them another shot, just not with something expensive or important, then we’ll see if maybe I can upgrade my opinion of this shop.

this is my aunt cindys shop. i used to help out when i was in middle school and not to be biased but it’s my favorite. she does beautiful work. the shop is warm and friendly with cute little gifts tucked away. she really knows her stuff, flowers are always fresh and she has a way of knowing just what you need and what will and wont work.
